Good product - works well
I spent ages trying to decide if this would be worth the money or not, thinking it may just be another fad, but I am happy to say it has been worth the money. I have used it loads, it helps get clothes dry quickly when you cant use the tumble dryer, much better than having clothes hanging on the airer for days and they clothes are nice and soft once dry. I would say though, dont expect it to be quicker than your tumble. It dries the clothes with hot air and this will still take time but it does work well. I leave it on for a couple of hours in morning whilst doing my other jobs and can then get the clothes ironed in the afternoon. If you overload it with heavy large items such as tracksuit bottoms or large jumpers this will take longer, I tend to check it every now and again and move items around. Not overloading and spacing the clothes out well helps with drying. I would say it is big though, I have seen other reviewers saying it would be good if you lived in a small flat but I wouldnt know where you would put it. It does take up a lot of room and I live in a 4 bed house. I wouldnt leave it up as it doesnt look nice and is takes up too much room but saying that it is very easy to put up and take down each time. I pack it away at the end of each use and use the box it came in as it has a handy handle then store it in the cupboard. It has a timer which I do use so I dont leave it on for longer than I need to however I wouldnt be happy leaving it on when I leave the house or overnight. It is a heater after all and I would be worried about the safety. Some people say they use it in the bedroom and it warms up the room, it will warm up any room you put it in but its fairly noisy. I certainly couldnt sleep if it was on. All that said I am glad I bought it and it has been well worth the money.

Dri Buddi
I purchased this for my sister, as she has no suitable space in her home for a normal dryer.Ok here are the quick points;1) + Easy to erect.2) - The arms could be manufactured with deeper grooves to hold the coat hangers better.3) + 9 coat hangers are sufficient for hanging items. Anymore and there would be poor circulation of heat, longer time in drying.4) - When drying (maximum timer is 3 hours) condensation will be created on laminate/vinyl floors. My sister has compensated for this with window open and old towels on the floor.5) + The dryer does create a warmth in the room while drying (compensates for the window open on a cold day).6) + The pole of the dryer folds up like an umbrella, if you do not wish to dismantle properly through the wet months, it should fit easily into a corner of a bedroom or decent size cloaks cupboard.7) + The dryer uses less electricity than a normal dryer, how can I tell, the red light on the electric box hardly flashes compered to when a normal dryer in use.8) Washed clothes spin on max speed (about 1400) this will aid drying better.9) +++ Little or no ironing is required on garments after being in dri-buddi.My sister is happy with this dryer, and knowing that 9 garments is the preferred max for hanging space, it helps her keep her wash load down from overflowing laundry baskets. This Dri Buddi is so good, I have also purchased one and it has proved valuable with typical UK winter weather conditions.

Good Product - worth buying
Unit appears flimsy when you put it together, but once assembled its quite sturdy. I am surprised by some of the comments where nothing needs to be ironed. In a lot of cases that is true but it does depend on the garment. I have trouble hanging everything with adequate space and not sure if the hangers we have bought are too big, you'd think this would come with hangers! We found that clothes on one side were not drying so well, even after 4 hours. We then found that the cover was poorly stitched. We had to contact JML direct and to their credit, they sent a replacement very quickly, although be warned, the replacement is white not blue. Its not a wonder dryer and as per other comments, don't expect it to be like a tumble dryer. It is not noisy either. Another comment claimed this can also heat a room, I tend to disagree. It does not give off that much heat however ours is in the conservatory and depending on the day, we have to open the windows else the condensation is bad. I don't want this to be negative review. The product is good. A lot of clothes do dry without the need of ironing, which makes the wife very please, especially with school clothes. Clothes definitely smell better and avoids hanging over radiators. You can put any clothes in also without fear of shrinking. I am glad I bought it and so is the wife who wasn't convinced at first. It doesn't replace the tumble dryer which we still use for towels etc, but definitely reduced the usage of the tumble. I think for the price it was a good gamble and for us, it paid off. I would recommend others to buy if they want to stop hanging clothes over radiators
