I have tried several different kinds, and this one is great! I sleep so good. Wake up feeling good.

I got this because this the the first time I have seen a gummy that had Magnesium L-Threonate in it. IMO it's a type hard to come by and as stated first time I have seen it in a gummy. L-Threonate is special IMO as it's a magnesium form that actually has the ability to cross the blood brain barrier and possibly help with maintaining and improving cognitive state. It is thought the way it may possibly slow brain ageing and lessening cognitive decline is by helping with synaptic plasticity and increasing tighter synapses in the hippocampus region in the brain important for memory. Now the magnesium glycinate is also a great all around magnesium ( not brain though) and is very well absorbed. It is indeed one of my favs. Interestingly the seller states that is a new type of magnesium and that threw me for a loop as I have been using it for ever. I googled it to see when it came around and that would be in 1808 when Sir Humprhey Davy discovered it as magnesium glycinate powder. So its obviously been around longer than I've been using and not sure what is meant with 'new type of magnesium " !?I like all the ingredients in this which I am all smiles about. Two more of my favs would be the b-6 as I am personally trying to increase my red blood cell count and lower homocysteine. The other one being the CoQ10 which I love for fueling my mitochondria for optimal support to my heart with hopes of reducing my cardiovascular risk. Other than the ingredients another thing about this product that I like is the dosage. If you take all three of these then you get meaningful dosages that IMO is enough to actually do something like help improve ones health possibly. But I take a lot of these ingredients already and some of these (like magnesium) I am careful not to take too much to avoid unwanted sides. With one of these a day I can sneak this in like a snack to add some of these possible health attributes these ingredients provide in my mid day or afternoon. And too that means these will last a long time for me.Now here recently we have been seeing a lot of supplement companies stating third party. But sadly they are using the test from the seller of the raw ingredients which is the Last person you want it from. What you want to see is lab tested in the USA/UK or Canada. The seller states this is third party tested but I could not find where it was done or who did it. These very well may be tested in the USA/UK or Canada but at the time of this review I could not find it. If in fact these are tested in stated countries or one that has regulatory oversite with their third party testing then I would indeed recommend this product. They taste delicious with a strawberry flavor. I have had no sides with this product and having a tough time only eating one as they taste very good. Good Luck and hope this was helpful.

These magnesium gummies taste great and offer a nice combination of ingredients to aid with calmness and sleep in an easy to consume gummy. I deducted a star because I didn't really experience a huge noticeable difference in my sleep while taking. Maybe with prolonged use, the results would be improved.
