The tags are perfect for our department.
I wasn't sure what I would get when I ordered these, since there was no picture on the Amazon page. I needed tags for our lockout policy, so I ordered them. I am happy that I ordered them, since I got 10 tags that are plastic with a metal grommet and a paper label that I can write on. These tags will last a long time and are bright colors to alert our team that the electrical box or switch is locked out. This is a good set of tags.
