Well made Wire set
I am happy with the purchase although the packaging was not like the photo where it appears to have reels setup side-by-side. I liked the idea of being able to spool off needed wire quickly. What arrived was a flat box with the wire spools just laying flat. Didn't affect the quality of the wire and I'm quite pleased with the silicone sleeve and solid wire core. Using on some electronic projects and the wire is a VERY good value. In shopping around this proved to be the best price around. Having it deliver in a short time was a bonus. The silicone sleeve strips easily which is important to me. The wire is sturdy, and I've not had any breakage while reasonably bending several times to fit tight spots. The very end of each spool is tinned, but not the full spool. This is to be expected and does not impact the usage in any way. I've used this on several small projects and am very happy. The silicone sleeve does not easily melt which has been an issue with other rubber and plastic-coated wires I've tried. I've used solder of course but also heat-shrink tubing where I used an open flame torch to shrink the tubing around the wire. I've not noticed any damage to the wire as I cautiously applied the direct-flame heat. (Heat gun is much better to use in this application, I just did not have mine available!) I'm pleased with the purchase.

Good quality wire
Perfect for DIY. Good quality and easy to strip insulation.

Excellent value
This is the perfect way to rewire a circuit and it includes the heat shrink and zip ties and a little tool. Well worth the low price

Supple yet strong, low-memory
As far as I can tell, this is some good wire. The gauge is correct (I measured it with a wire gauge tool). The wire retains a little memory, so if you kink it, it will unkink on its own, but you'll be left with a mark from where the tight kink used to be, unless you make an effort to smooth it out again, which it does nicely. The silicone insulation is highly heat resistant. I took a torch lighter to it and applied a direct flame for several seconds. The insulation held up well. The only indication it had been torched was that the insulation lost its color and turned white, but the structure of the insulation itself was undamaged. Very cool stuff for high temperature applications. I might try some of this for winding some transformer coils (BALUNS) for ham radio, though it might be a little tricky to keep it holding its shape. This wire is better suited in applications like probe leads and jumper wires (with alligator clips at each end for example, for diagnostic work in a hot engine compartment, or for splicing a line where that line may end up in contact with a source of heat). The insulation is tough stuff. It does not pinch easily, but strips nicely. In appearance it looks like fine stainless steel but a hint of copper color under the light is visible in a cleanly cut end and it solders well, so although I am not a chemist, I would say it's a safe bet that this is in fact, tinned copper. You get a number of small spools in a nice assortment of colors. The spools have predrilled holes in the flanges so you can keep the spool from unwinding.

Well worth the money!
I expected to get a box of 18 gauge wire, but I received so much more! The package included; 6 spools of different color wire, matching color coded shrink tube, matching color coded zip ties, a small set of wire strippers that actually work and a cardboard box that doubles as dispenser and storage box (it needs some tape to make it more durable). A really nice collection to my electrical repairs equipment!!!

Wire review
As advertised, but in addition it came with some cable ties and heat shrink? (Haven’t tried it yet)

Not very strong where
Well it has its uses but the wire is pretty thin. More like thread than wire.

Test bestanden, Empfehlung!
