Almost hit the mark
Three sides of this item fit. The front was fine on both sides. The back was poorly designed to fit this grill. I have the black stone 22 inch. There is no way in. Heck this shit stop! Luckily, my husband is a machinist. With his cutting wheel. Making less work. Don’t buy this if you expect the back side of the grill piece to work, it won’t without adjustment.

Don't fit
I have a 22" blackstone with a side burner, these didn't fit the all the way around. I did get them to attach with a bit of an angle, I might be able to get them to fit bit I'd have to take the grill apart...
