This bash guard is constructed almost exactly as one I recently purchased, but is less expensive!The Besnin's alloy material is strong and light, and it has a good fit range working with 22 tooth to 40 tooth sprockets..My bike has a 32T front sprocket. this bash guard will cover up to a 40T sprocket so if you have a smaller sprocket, more of the guard will protrude down below the chain, which will give you better protection, but slightly lessen you ground clearance.Two screws are included, I had to cut one down a bit so it didn't dig into the carbon fiber, but easy enough and better to have them a little long than too short.If you bash logs, these guards will last a long long time. If you're rough riding over rocks, they will (like any of them) wear down.So for the price you can buy two or three of these compared to the other high priced ones out there and have a spare, or add one to another bike!

This "BESNIN Bash Guard for 22T to 40T Chainrings,Bicycle Chain Guard for ISCG05 Bash Guard Suitable Downhill Bikes/Cycling Road Bike/Bicycle Motocross" fits and works well on my 2021 Specialized Stumpjumper, which has a 30T chainring. This is a "great to have" item and can help you avoid a potential "long walk home" if you are unlucky and bash your chainring out in the middle of nowhere riding your mountainbike. I actually think that a "bash guard" should have been a "standard" equipment on a mountainbike. This one is solid, strong, durable, sturdy. Not too difficult to install, and it comes with 2 hex-screws, 2 washers and a hex key.
