Quality of how the hat is made
I got the hat for a birthday gift for my soon to be seven year old grandson. He is a big fan of our Bengals. This hat looks & feels just like the big boys hats.

This was a really nice hat and exactly what we were looking for, BUT, it was mailed in a flat envelope and arrived crushed. Sent it back solely for that reason. Who would ship out a $28 hat in a flat envelope? Who does that, people?!
