Greart product at a very attractive price
Excellent product! I've used other brands before, ncluding Safariland, and this is the one that offers the best cost for the beneficts. Got a few more for gifts.

Great portable ear plugs
I have both two pairs, one for me and for my GF. I have used mines on several occasions and them seem to do the job. I have used them while working with power tools, people snoring, fireworks. I have not used them at concerts yet. But will be planning to do so next time

So good i had to get a pair for work
I go to many shows and always bring my own plugs. These are comfy and half the price of other brands. I lost one during a mosh pit and didn't hesitate to buy another set.

Not what worked for me
I’m sure this product is good for some people but the earplugs did not stay in my ear. They kept popping out. In addition to that it hardly reduced the sound. I work in a factory and when I put them in, I could hear everything at the same volume; there was no difference. Returning was easy. I do not recommend these.

Temporary solution for me
I bought these to use while waiting for custom molded ear-pro to be ready. The larger size tips worked best for me, inserted easily and sealed well enough to deaden loud sounds, not eliminate all sound. The tab to remove them could be a bit larger to make pulling them out easier. The 3 stars for comfort is really a personal tic, the tips are soft. I have never had completely comfortable plugs.

Protect your ears!
Initially ordered these for my brother in 2022 when we went for a concert, he doesn't do well with loud noises for prolonged periods of time. He loved these and he could hear the artist perfectly, could even hear better than me without all the extra background noise and he also did not have the ringing in the ears for hours like I did. We are going to another concert so I am finally ordering another pair for myself, I had a headache and ringing for at least 2-3 hours at that 2022 concert so hoping to avoid that this time around. It also comes in a really nice case that is pretty durable.

Good earplugs, Problematic Case
The Mumba concert earplugs provide the hearing protection I expected while attending live music events. The case, however, will not be as reliable as you might expect. The Case, Short VersionThe two parts of the case will eventually come loose or come apart due to poor o-ring choice. The Case, Long VersionWith so many brands selling earplugs that look just like these, the case will be a deciding factor for many. It is as sturdy as it looks in the pictures, but it has a weak point: the o-ring. Without it to provide tension, the two parts will eventually come loose, and in the worst case, the bottom part will fall off without you knowing when it's clipped to a purse, backpack, etc. The o-ring on my case arrived torn (exactly as seen in the attached picture); this happened because the o-ring is not the optimal size: in its relaxed state, is it the diameter of a dime, and it must stretch to the diameter of a quarter when it's on the case -- I'll note that I'm not an engineer, but I'm pretty sure this exceeds its recommended limit (o-rings are not rubber bands), meaning it will eventually fail on every case. I opted to replace my damaged o-ring with a much thicker one which I already had on hand; it doesn't nest neatly inside the two parts as the original would have, but it allows the bottom part to bite into it to keep tension. It's working very well for me so far (it never comes loose), but I must admit that I check on it frequently to make sure it's still tight; this is easy for me because I only hang it from the front belt loop of my jeans, and it lives inside a backpack or another safe place the rest of the time. The EarplugsI've tried many concert earplugs over the last few years; I still own at least four other sets, all of which have different designs than these (I've included one example from dBud). What I've found is that, for the most part, they all work the same, with the biggest difference being their stated NRR. The "acoustic filters" of the Mumba earplugs deliver on their promise to lower the volume of loud noises, but you should take the "high fidelity" claims with a grain of salt. Barring any ultra-expensive earplugs with fancy electronics, you can expect that concert earplugs will muffle everything you hear to some degree, and the Mumbas are no exception. Music is still enjoyable, conversations are still intelligible, and the overall experience is superior to wearing foam or other non-concert earplugs. Most importantly, future you will appreciate that you didn't trash your hearing when you were younger. I typically use small or medium eartips when I wear earbuds, so I opted for the smaller of the two silicone shell options provided, and they fit so well that I didn't even try the large ones. They are very comfortable, and they do not make my ear canals itch after extended wear as some earbud eartips do. They are very easy to remove, if you remember to rotate the pull tab to the place that works best for your ears. The VerdictThe Mumba concert earplugs offer a comfortable fit and adequate noise reduction with what I would consider an acceptable loss of fidelity, which is a small price to pay to preserve my hearing. I am comfortable recommending these, so long as you don't mind keeping an eye on the case.

I like them, they do what they’re supposed to
They’re not exactly the way I thought them to be. They feel a little cheap and they’re really itchy too until you get used to it (Although that’s more of a me thing I think). But they do what they’re marketed to do and do it well. I can hear my coworkers clearly without going deaf due to all the metal clanking and sirens going off where I work. I’m satisfied with it.

Great product
Slightly cheaper than others in the same market and work great. Better than foam plugs.

Too big!
I've never seen earplugs so big. We're even too big for my large male friends. And one even did push hard to get it in. He said once they were in worked well but the pain to get them out wasn't worth it.
