Build quality is good for the price, brush is soft

The scrubber is good the bristles are not to rough and provide a good soft feel that lathers product well. Handle is bad, itโs to floppy and not nearly as stiff as it should be but thatโs also personal taste I just find the handle felt kind of cheap. When I got my item I only received the scrubber and not the hook even though it says a hook is included. Not a big deal since I have places to hang it, just would advise sending everything that is said to be included.
