Finally! High Quality OTC hearing aids.
On day 4 with these hearing aids. Let me start that they have been superb thus far here's a short list of pros and cons: PRO Extremely comfortable for all day wear. Battery life has been excellent. Easily getting 16 hours a day with moderate streaming involved. Hearing aids are very effective at enhancing voices. The initial setup process helps you dial them in really well but I would add that you might want to overshoot your settings just a little on The initial setup process. Set these up just a little louder than you think you'll need and you'll be fine. I went thru the setup process a second time because I didn't think the volume was as loud as I needed. Literally set and forget. Unlike other hearing aids I have purchased I don't have to fiddle with these things constantly trying to tweak the sound. CONS: I wish the battery case contained a battery for ease of topping off during the day but, since the battery life has been so solid on these I guess I really don't need to and it's really not that big of a con. You'll want to balance the volume of the various sound profiles. Initially the Bluetooth volume was a little high so when my phone transitioned to Bluetooth background noise increased significantly. But once you get that dialed in there's really not much difference between the two profiles volume wise. Bluetooth connectivity for streaming has been just a little sketchy. This seems like it's prone to connecting and disconnecting when you first establish a stream. However it seems to work itself out after a couple of minutes. I don't know if it's a Bluetooth fault with earpieces or my phone. Fidelity is not at all what I expected from Sennheiser. Yes I know the RIC earpieces are probably very small balanced armature drivers and I shouldn't expect much from them. But have used used many Sennheiser products over the years and I just expected a little better sound. They're perfectly adequate I just expected a little more. And that's pretty much it for these. I am so glad I went ahead and spent the money on them..... you literally get what you pay for these days. That being said they sound better than my prescription hearing aids I got from Costco which I believe were phonak brands and considerably more expensive. They surpass the phonaks in ease of use and overall quality. Save up and buy them. You won't be disappointed. Update... It turns out the Bluetooth difficulties I encountered were the fault of my phone. I just purchased a new Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra and Bluetooth is flawless.

Comfortable and effective but terrible case.
Works well for those with moderate loss. Bluetooth is an added bonus however the audio quality lacks the richness of ear buds. The case is a disappointment. No built in battery so no recharging without plugging in. Worse, the devices wake up when charging stops and connects to your phone even when they still in the case. This is terrible. My $30 ear buds are smarter! That being said I can comfortably wear these all day and are a good replacement for my Oticon prescription hearing aids.

Update: Even Worse!, beyond prev review about No replacement ear tips available!
Update: EVEN WORSE, one year later, barely out of warranty and one hearing aid stopped working. Off, on, off, on. Called "Support", they said replace wax filter, earpiece and clean microphones. I already had but did it again just to please them. Nothing changed and remember, those would probably cause a less effective hearing aid, but not repeating entirely off and on. I found that with the receiver in my ear, if I fiddled (moved/touched) the part that goes behind the ear, that's when it would go off and on. If you deal a lot with cords, you know this symptom is likely a cord failing from flexing where it connects. These belong to my wife and she is very, very careful when handling them. On these hearing aids the "receiver" (the part in the ear) has a thin wire that plugs into the part that sits behind the ear. I called support to see whether Sennheiser could recommend some place for repairs. "No" was their answer. I asked if I could buy a new one to replace the bad one and the answer was "No, but you can buy a new pair and we'll give you $200 off!" Gee thanks! Will I have to do this every year? Also, I'm sure people do lose them occasionally. Then I checked a few other brands and found that some will sell you a single hearing aid to replace a lost or broken one. Also, searching internet I found that places that sell hearing aid parts do sell the part I need for $45, but I can't see how to unplug the old one and don't want to rip the wire off trying. When reading reviews, remember that buyers are probably reviewing an item that they haven't had for very long. Wait until they've had it for awhile, like when the warranty has just ended. Previous review (also negative): Ear tips must be replaced periodically, no matter what. Also, one could easily be lost when removing ear tip to install new wax filter every 3 to 4 months per instructions. I've been trying to get replacements (which are such an obvious necessity) for over 2 months. Their website says not in stock on all ear tips regardless of size. There is a "Notify" me when available button, but have heard nothing. Called the official "Support" number on the website, but they couldn't help, didn't know when or if they would have them, but offered me names and numbers of hearing aid centers that maybe could help, but maybe can't. So far I only get msg machines, without return calls. This is really bad for a $1,000 device of such importance!!! Sooner or later, we may find out that we wasted $1,000. I would think very hard before purchasing.

Surprisingly good for an OTC and for the price!
I acquired this hearing aids as part of a campaign from #Reviewclub. I needed to buy these ones twice because Amazon sent me laundry product instead of the HAs due to a problem in their warehouse and still waiting for my refund (I will update my review if I don't receive my refund). As a prescription hearing aids user since 2019, My goal is to find a better option for much less price as second or emergency HAs, but surprisingly I can say I can use these ones as primary ones. PROS - Sound quality is exceptional. Including bluetooth audio streaming for phone calls and music from the phone (iphone user). Comparable with my ReSound same RIC style) and Starkey ITE I have. Obviously you won't have the bass as earbuds because the dome. Also the mic sound for phone calls and bluetooth distance range are really good. - Customizable by your own on 3 easy steps thru the app. The app plays a conversation streaming to the HAs and you select the clarity and volume level that fits you and that's it. - App usability, very simple and easy. You can adjust volume and Equalize bass, Mid and Treble. Also activate wind noise reduction. - Noise reduction, I didn't detect yet bad things here. They work very well doing it automatically. - Battery, surprisingly last more than my day entire day, sometimes I don't charge them at night and last till next mid day. CONS - You are not able to upload your own custom hearing profile from your audiologist. And the option for 250usd is not available because there is no audiologist in my area, which is odd not having one in Clarlotte NC area. - Domes. 3 domes size are delivered. The best sound is the bigger dome but I got occlusion effect (you hear your own voice and body internal sound louder) but you get the best sound in terms of clarity and bass. I needed to change to a smaller one to avoid occlusion effect but loosing the full benefit. - Sound Profiles, You can only select 2 profiles: Automatic and Live Music. And you can't create your own sound profiles in the app. - With the app you can't customize other advanced settings that are available for prescription HAs. Like AI or focused on any direction. - The charger need to be connected to the power. I have seen others with battery to recharge it giving you flexibility. - Sometimes if you are using your phone for music or videos, the phone automatically change the sound output to the HAs automatically. There is no way to configure this behavior, you need to shutdown the Bluetooth. Overall these OTCs are really good and at good price. I would ask for a little discounted price just because you can't upload your own hearing profile and need to pay for it going to an specific audiologist when you could do it by your own thru the app. Otherwise I can live with these for daily use and replace my prescription ones entirely.

Nice sound
This is a very preliminary review. I haven’t marked any stars for this reason. The sound quality is very good. The app seems very good as well. The connection process to Bluetooth seems to be a real pain in the (choose your own body part here). It does work, but on a Samsung TV, it took about twenty tries before it connected. The aids don’t stay in pairing mode long enough for the TV to find them, so you have to do this little donkey dance between the TV, app, and the aids. Like I said, they did connect, but it took about thirty minutes of fooling around to get it done. I will update this review after I’ve worn them awhile. Ok. I’ve worn these for a few days now. I really like them a lot. Like anything you stick in your ear, they take a bit of getting used to. I’m fairly deaf at this point (after a number of years sitting on stage doing sound for rock bands), and I was beginning to think my old aids weren’t loud enough. It wasn’t the quantity of the sound that was the problem, but rather the quality. These are a touch louder than my old ones, but the sound quality is miles better. They obviously cover a larger frequency spread. I can hear music in a way that no longer sounds like it’s coming from a three dollar transistor radio. They Bluetooth easily, both to a TV, and a stereo receiver, something my old ones were supposed to do. I am a happy camper, and would recommend them.😎

Update: I would definitely NOT purchase again
Update: Buyer Beware!!!! After using the hearing aids for 11 months, the left one started to act up. Right after the 12-month warranty was up, it quit working. contacted Sennheiser and was told its past the 12 months and therefore no warranty. I would expect $1000 hearing aids to last more than 12 months. I would not recommend purchasing these but instead purchase from a local store that offers in person support. Not happy and will not ever recommend these to someone else. Don't waste your money on these!!!!!!!! I researched many brands of hearing aids before deciding to try these Sennheiser All-Day Clear. I decided on Sennheiser because they are owned by Sonova who also owns Phonak (a well know hearing aide brand). The day I received the hearing aids, I first charged them for about 2 hours. They came with a slight charge, so it didn’t take long before they were ready to try. I downloaded the All-Day Clear app and followed the easy prompts to configure them. The hearing aids come with 3 sizes of rubber tips and the medium size is pre-installed. I used the small size which fit perfectly in my ears. They also come with replacement wax guards to help keep wax from clogging and affecting the hearing aids. At first, it took a few tries of putting on the hearing aids to get a good seal inside my ear. The app: the app walks you through each step: connecting them through Bluetooth, setting the volume for both left and right ears, and frequency adjustments. It took about 20 minutes to fully set-up. Once configured, you can adjust the volume of each individual hearing aid or both together. You can also turn on or off the wind noise reduction setting and change the sound mode selection. It took a few days to get used to how well the hearing aids work, and I would make small adjustments within the app to change the volume depending on the ambient noise around me. The hearing aids: These hearing aids are very small and discreet. I will reemphasis, very small. So small that I’ve had multiple people notice I’m able to hear them much better and clearer, they’ve asked me if I was wearing hearing aids because they couldn’t see any. They are very light weight also. Once I figured out the proper way to insert the earpiece in my ear canal, I forget I’m wearing them. These take about 4 hours to fully charge when the battery is depleted but last all day. I have not had to remove and charge them during the day. The Bluetooth feature has worked flawlessly with my iPhone. I can clearly hear the person on the other end and they can clearly hear me. It’s very convenient to make and receive calls without having to hold my phone to my ear or use the speaker phone. The charging case: The charging case is much larger than necessary. One good thing about the size, it’s hard to misplace it. The hearing aids come pre-installed in ear charging port but not fully charged. To charge, simply plug the case into the included USB cable and wall wart and place the hearing aids in each charging port. You can charge them with the lid open or closed. I usually charge them with the lid open so I can see the charge status. The case does not have an exterior charge status. The hearing aids will show charge status through a light on each one. Once charged, the hearing aids will have a solid green light on each one. One important note, if you remove the USB cable from the case, the hearing aids will automatically power on. You can turn them off by pressing and holding the button on each aid for 4 seconds until the light turns red. I highly recommend these hearing aids for anyone with hearing loss. These hearing aids are not inexpensive but thousands less than purchasing through an audiologist. I didn’t realize how bad my hearing had become till the purchased these. They have made a world of difference.

Great Hearing Aid for My Father-in-Law
My 74-year-old father-in-law has been dealing with hearing loss, and it's different in each ear. We checked with doctors, but the options they suggested were pretty expensive. I came across the All-Day Clear hearing aid and thought it was worth a try since we could set it up ourselves using just a smartphone—whether iPhone or Android. The setup was easy, and one of the best things is that the volume for each ear can be adjusted separately. My father-in-law has been able to tweak the settings himself depending on where he is—keeping it lower when he's at home and turning it up when he's in noisier places. He also likes that it's very discreet and not easily noticeable, which was important to him. Sound quality has been great so far. Voices come through clearly without too much background noise, making conversations much easier for him. He also finds it really comfortable and can wear it all day without any issues. The battery life is another big plus—it lasts all day without needing to be recharged constantly. The only thing I wish was different is the charging port—it still uses micro USB instead of USB-C. If it had a more modern charging option, I’d have no complaints at all. This has been a solid purchase, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good hearing aid without spending a fortune.

Great hearing aids
I like these hearing aids. Originally I had $4500 Phonaks. They were OK, with Bluetooth volume controls, but no equalizer controls. When I lost one of them,I couldn't justify the replacement cost so I went with another OTC aid that was also OK, but no Bluetooth and after two of them failed and the manufacturer failed to replace them I decided to try the Sennheiser All Day Clear. These work great for me. The equalizer and sound profile capabilities are very good. My biggest problem with the others was not being able to hear well in church, which is a very large room with high ceilings. The Sennheisers give me very clear speech and music response and have very good battery life. I got 14 hours of use today with 45% charge still left. I contacted support by email with a question about the sound profile settings and got a timely response that answered my question. I highly recommend for OTC hearing aids.
