It dyed my hair to black, two shades darker than expected.
My rating would have been 4* if based on previous experiences. I have used this hair colour a few times over the past couple of years and the result has been more or less medium brown on my grey hair.I was expecting the same result today, using the same developer and the same proportions as usual. But it turned my hair to black even on the white streaks!

The tube of colour had more liquid than actual colour in. Can’t find contact details to contact seller! Was less than half the tube of colour by the time all the liquid was out.

Delivery fail
0/10 for Amazon delivery partners (again). Claimed delivered to ‘garage’, the safe place. Instead, 300 metres away, literally thrown over neighbours 2 metre high fence. Found by neighbour by luck. Complained to Amazon, of course no one cares. Box knackered, product looks ok, found 48 hours after supposed ‘delivery’. Disappointing.
