The MAVA Long Sleeve Compression T-Shirt was designed to keep your body warm and improve the circulation so that you can maximize your performance, as well as help, prevent future injuries.
To be able to get the correct size, please measure the circumference of your chest, and then choose the size accordingly (3rd picture in the gallery). 
If you find yourself in-between sizes, please go with the next one up for a proper fit.

Is  this good for a teenager on a high school wrestling team.

I wear it to the gym. It looks and feels amazing. I’ve always been a comic book fan, and with a good physique, this makes you look like a superhero. I’m not sure what they’re allowed to wear while training in wrestling, but if it’s acceptable, I’d recommend it highly
