Great design, very sturdy, just the right size. The opening in the lid is a bit too far away from the rim for comfortable drinking without a straw, but I guess that's a matter of getting used to. What's really a massive problem is the thermal conductivity though. I did read the reviews saying that this gets too hot with hot drinks, even when using the silicone sleeves. I thought I cannot be that bad. It turns out it actually is that bad. It's a bit unfair to sell this with silicone sleeves to give the impression that this would provide some kind of insulation (because otherwise why would you have a sleeve?) when actually the sleeve is way too thin for that!

Great beakers but the sleeves utterly pointless as way to thin to shield any heat even doubled up, so I used old Outwell sleeves from their bamboo beakers.

Looks good but if you make a drink from the kettle it’s far too hot to pick up or hold even with the rubber surround

Even with the rubber surround these are a burn hazard. With a hot beverage they are too hot to hold even with the thin rubber surround. Replaced with better mugs immediately.

These cups are unfit for purpose, they burn your hand when hot drinks are first put in them and lose heat rapidly. The tops are badly designed and can’t be drunk out of

these are just the thing for our campervan, yes, you have to be careful holding it when filled with hot drinks, but the unbreakable positive far outweighs this.
