How many in each bag?

I buy these a lot at my local store and always there are 20-21 pieces. No more no less. I pay $3.75 for a bag. The prices here on Amazon are outrageous. I don’t suggest buying here. Check google and even Ebay. $8 for a bag of 20 pieces is really outrageous, consider that seller gets it for $1.
