EatSmart Digital Baby and Pet Weight Scale, 44 Pound Capacity

I got this scale to weigh my puppy who will be a small dog all her life. Want to keep track of her progress. This scale is so very easy to use. It was so easy to change from kg to pounds. All you do is turn it on and then press the "tare" button. But it took two times to do this task. Turn on scale let it turn off by itself in the 20 seconds and then do again to change the kg/pound setting. Easy as pie to weigh my tiny dachshund. And we can weigh our older (5 years old) standard dachshund too. It will keep their health in check to know their weights. I truly do not understand the difficulties others have had. Ask questions and we will reply to your request. Do please read the instruction book, it really helps.

We got this as an Amazon Warehouse deal, so the price was reduced from the list price. That made it a great buy. Yes, when your baby wiggles the measurement will change, but in our experience it only varies within 1oz range and so I average the few main measurements it shows. We are using this to track how much baby is consuming during nursing by measuring before and after he eats - it is working great for that purpose.

This product has been super helpful in monitoring the weight of my four cats. One of them is nearly obese while one other had lost a significant amount. So, this product is easy to use and the cats don't seem to mind it too much. The scale is stable and easily stored. Good lighting is needed however, to see the digital numbers. Yes, I recommend this product, (at least for cats)

This is a great product for the price, it is extremely mobile and relatively accurate. The only issue is that is is somewhat sensitive and will not work on all hard surfaces. I have been unsuccessful at getting it to work on hardwood, but metal tables and tile floors work fine. It as so far been very reliable and I am completely satisfied with it. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could

I bought this scale to replace a scale I have had for 20+ years to weigh puppies and it is advertised as baby/pet scale. I received it next day because new puppies need to be weighed every day. It doesn't work at all. The start up instructions actually say " if Err0 is displayed, the scale cannot be initialized for weighing". Seriously!? I bought it because I needed it. I had to email the company because it was after hours their time and they did reply giving me instructions of what to try. Nothing worked so I called them today. They are so sorry. They will send a replacement once I take all the necessary steps and I should receive the new scale in 7-10 days! I ordered it because I needed it NOW.. not in a week or 10 days. And, I certainly do not want a replacement for this scale. It was not damaged in shipping as the spokesperson wanted to suggest. It arrived well packaged. I had to give it a 1 to submit but I would give it a 0 if I could.

The scale is very light weight and perfect for my needs. I need to weigh my cat every week and try to get her to lose a little weight. When I put her on this scale, she stands there until the reading comes up because the sides are raised a little and this makes her stand in the middle. I really like this scale.

I read alot of bad reviews and was scared but wanted to try it. The weight came well packaged. At first I thought it didnt work. Until my husband gave it a try. He read the instructions and learned how to weight our baby. It works perfectly fine. This takes up no space and its wasy to disinfect. I love that i can keep track of my baby's weight at home. Please for thos ewho gave bad reviews read the instructions. U are doing it wrong.

At our 4 month check up we learned my granddaughter wasn’t gaining enough weight from her mothers breast milk. My son and daughter in law were very upset. So I purchased this baby scale so they could watch the baby’s weight increase as they supplemented her milk with formula. I thought this would help them daily rather than waiting for upcoming pediatric appointments. It arrived quickly, works perfectly, very easy to use, and definitely worth the price.

I have a senior cat who can lose weight if I'm not paying attention. This scale has been a perfect solution since it's hard to eyeball a change of a few hundred grams.I reviewed a number of scales before picking one and am very happy with this choice. The numbers are big and easy to read, the surface is easy to wipe down, the measurement seems to be accurate (it is within 50 grams of my vet's scale). This scale measures to a smaller amount (10 grams) than many other scales which is helpful. It also remembers the last weight and tells you if you're up or down, and there's a tare feature.The one small change I'd like is that it would stay on longer before the auto shut off saves batteries. It's only about 20 seconds and it can take longer than that to get my cat after I've turned it on. I now turn it on after I pick him up, but it's a step I'd like to do before.The price was great and I recommend to anyone keeping track of weight up to 20 kg.

Cheaply made. Hard to get an accurate reading as it is slippery even with a towel placed on it. Read out flutters. Disappointing.

I use this scale daily to weigh my child, but I find about twice per week the scale doesn't initialize correctly. It either says "Err0" or just stays on the LED test screen forever. I have to reboot it once or twice to get it working.After a couple of reboots, it seems to work OK.The display shows 100ths of a kilogram (10 grams), but I find the measured weight of a known object can vary by at least 30g from day-to-day.This is good enough for situations when you can deal with 30g of error, but I wouldn't use if for anything more accurate.

I purchased this scale as I have 3 small dogs and one of them I need to monitor her weight weekly. I was doing it by weighing us together and then myself alone but the weights were always all over the place. This scale works great! I simply put down a towel, then turn the device on and put my dog on it. Because there's no detachable tray and the unit is one solid unit I don't have to worry about her not being exactly in the middle or her walking a bit. It's great and works really well!

I monitor my cats weight with this because of their medical condition. It works well. The first one i recived was broken from the start, but amazon quickly replaced, sending new one before i even returned old one. The second one works well, easy to use. a little big, but its flat so can be stored. Its a good scale.overall nice scale for the price.
