Flawless beauty in design. & execution
I was shopping for a ‘gent’ blade, preferably a Damascus Blade & Titanium Scales, when I discovered this one by Spyderco. I put myself through school as a chef, am an avid hunter, & outdoorsman (especially when younger…) so I actually have more than most for noteworthy blades. The price point on this Endura is exceptionally good for what you get IMHO. Although only 31 layer Damascus, it is Mastered in Japan (so I had to wait for it to come to me by boat). Very Much Worth the Wait.UNBOXING:I was not ready for how beautiful the Damascus + Titanium compliment each other. Instant Bond!Picking it up I find the weight & the scale are perfect for me. This is not a small blade. The action is ultra smooth right out of the box, having a very solid feel & assertive lockup. The blade feels broken in right away, easily falling out of lock pressing the button. I know, very sharp, because I carelessly had my outer knuckle bit as it fell all the way (very unusual fresh out of the box).Actually, one, of the very sharpest blade I have ever encountered from the factory. Shaved a 1” wide swath on my arm with the first stroke.Last: The workmanship on my unit is flawless to my observation & I am known to be pretty picky.I am so glad I bought this, it is my new ‘best’ friend. I keep it at hand and fidget with it often.A Very Happy Customer

The proverbial “It’s a Spyderco.”
Great knife. Had one years and years ago that I got a killer deal on at a mom and pops feed and tack store. They were always nice people.Unfortunately, someone that I worked with took off with it one day. Finally found another. It’s sharp. Real sharp. This one I use going out not necessarily for edc. For protection. If you wanted to use it for box cutting it will do it but I’d recommend the plain edge if you’re going to use it use it. Knife has some weight to it and is a little large. People will notice it especially if the sun is reflecting off of it. The deployment “Spydey”hole is sharp. Doesn’t bother me but you may feel like it will cut. Four position pocket clip is strong and holds tight. I just had to have another after missing my first one for so long.

One of the Finest Knives Made
I've carried (and used) the Spyderco stainless folder knives for over 15 years, every day. Great knives! The body is all stainless steel, with their "VG-10" stainless blade (no plastic crap here! LOL). Although it's a bit of a heavy knife, it is very robust and durable overall. The blade lock is very positive and engages firmly and easily, yet is also easy to release, when you're ready. Also, the blade does not "lock" closed, but rather is held under a bit of spring-tension by the lock-open mechanism. Opening is a breeze, and can be done very swiftly, with one hand, with proper technique and a little practice.I've had/used all of the different blade styles over the years (all in the "Endura" stainless-steel line): flat, serrated, and combo. I personally think the combo blade is the best of both worlds. Smooth blade edge for fine cutting, serrated at the base for rougher cutting. Great for cutting line (i.e., rope). If your looking for a high quality, daily-carry knife, this is a good one.And yes: The one's sold here on Amazon are the genuine Spyderco knives.

If you like insanely cool knives look no further. Forget Chris Reeve and Microtech. This knife is the real deal.

The prettiest knife I own
I've had a Spyderco of one flavor or another clipped to my pocket for the past 17 years. This is the 4th Endura I've owned (the other three are a Gen 2 and Gen 3 polymer Endura and a Gen 4 stainless). The titanium Damascus Endura is a little different than those other three, though. I've wanted a Damascus-blade Endura since Spyderco did their sprint run of jig-bone handled Damascus Enduras, and I snapped one of these up as soon as Amazone made them available.Comparatively speaking, it feels substantially less hefty in one's hand than the stainless versions. It also feels a lot thinner than the stainless or polymer versions. While it weighs about the same as the polymer versions, it's balanced much closer to the handle (the polymer Enduras will balance further up the blade), which makes it feel airier (for lack of a better word) in the hand. This was probably one of the stiffest Spyderco knives I've used out-of-the-box. I've been able to one-handed open all my other Spyderco blades after unwrapping them. I ended up greasing the mechanism, and after a couple hundred cycles, it opens with the same smoothness I would expect (it's not as smooth as my oldest knives, but give it ten years and it'll be there). It is also one of the most tightly toleranced knives I've worked with -- there's literally no gap between the lock and the blade when it's open. Get so much as a piece of pocket lint between the blade and lock and it won't close. It's a beautifully machined piece of work. The blade cuts just as fine as any other Spyderco knife I've worked with. This is only available in PlainEdge, which makes for easier sharpening; I've not seen this in a serrated edge available. No complaints about the blade; it's ground well and the Damascus styling sets it off from other folders. The knife came in a nicer-than-standard case, a zippered pouch as compared to the standard Spyderco cardboard. I've been using it for EDC for the past 4 or 5 months with no complaints. I wear it in a business environment day-to-day, and it's classy (for lack of a better word) as compared to the bland polymer Spydercos.5 stars. I thought about giving it 4 stars due to the initial stiffness, but that's an artifact of tighter-than-normal machining standards and it worked its way out after a couple hundred close/open cycles, so I'll let it slide.

Control precio calidad aceptable
Aunque fabricada en China Spyderco sigue siendo sinónimo de calidad, aunque algunos modelos baratos hechos en China no son lo que eran
