It works Great. Easy to set Up.
Ok so I really don’t do many reviews, this one deserves it. I downloaded the app and followed the easy instructions, writhing 5 minutes I was up and running no need to do anything else. Set the country I needed and worked flawlessly, lost no speed maybe even gained speed.Overall I expected it to be a nightmare or headache to set up and maybe not work properly however it is one of the most pleasant outcomes and experiences that Ives had dealing with things I know very little about.

VPN works and great customer service
I bought this for the VPN function. I live in China and need VPN to use western streaming services. I worked well until the suscription ran out. I have tried to contact customer service by email several times to find out how to renew the subscription and they haven't gotten back to me. I wil likely have to buy another brand.

Not a good product
Unfortunately, this is not a suitable product or router. It does not fulfill the basic usage of a Router.I do not recommend this product for anyone

Limited customization, must use app to access router.no choice of using different vpn clients.
I like the speed of the servers using the included vpn . It was very easy to set up . The thing I don’t like is you cannot access the router without the app . You cannot customize settings such as changing the vpn client like you can with other quality routers . This limits you to use only their vpn forcing you to pay whatever they want when it comes time to renew the subscription. The only workaround it to flash the firmware and lose the current vpn and possibly voiding the warranty or worse , rendering the router useless.

Garbage router, didn't work!
Item didn't work and the company offers no customer support to help troubleshoot!. Don't buy it! Had to second my own money on postage sending it back.
