Excellent size, good rubber, falls well when dropping from a deadlift that you cant' lower down, fits standard 1" fine. Handles are very useful. All in all very happy with the purchase but not giving 5 stars because1- from the pic it looks like it's half rounded and half flattened edges, which would've been a brilliant design I was looking forward to, but it's actually just all flattened edges all round which is a little annoying ahen you're trying to drop the weight down. Still it's fine really and it's just me seeing the pic incorrectly.2- When using these rubber weights with a spinlock bar it's VERY difficult to slide the weights along because the inner bit is bizarrely ALSO made of rubber and that cacthes on the thread. Means I now have to purchase a smooth barbell. I'm not sure if this is a fault of this particular item or all rubber weights are like this though so I'm not being too harsh and still think it deserves a good 4 stars overall.Very quickly delivered, very impressed with We R Sports overall.

They are what they are and work well, would recommend them if your looking for a good quality plate
