Good item as part of ear care.

This was so disappointing. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I used it for the first time briefly to get ear wax out of my ear. The suction wasn’t very strong, but I thought I just needed it to charge more. I charged the suction device, but it wouldn’t respond when I pressed the power button. I pressed it again a few times and the power button actually sunk into the device. Now I have a broken device that can’t be used or returned because the return window passed. Don’t buy this unless you just want the little metal tools that come with it.

I recieved this in the mail quickly and it was already charged. I have thick jelly like ear wax that builds up and can become easily impacted. I used this product almost as soon as it arrived. The lowest setting works well. The highest setting can be too much if you’re more sensitive. For the past month I have not had to have my regular doctor remove impacted wax. I would buy this again.

The product works great and gently suctions the ear, however, be extra cautious with the small plastic piece on the end as it can detach and get stuck in the ear canal.

My husbands ears get blocked with wax such that he had to go to the ear doctor 2-3 times a year. We ordered this product and it was amazing how easy and fast it removed the wax. No more expensive trips to the ear doctor!!

The provided tips of this product are not secure and can be lost in crevices and holes. Cleaning your ear with the tip and it will come lose, becoming stuck in your ear. This product should not be sold and is unsafe.
