i like these rods so much that i have purchased 5 of them 3 baitcasters and two spin rods, absolute best rod for your money. This rod compares to other rods in the $100 price range id say. I am really happy with this brands value for your dollar. It is such a good deal id like to fill my garage with these rods seems like a great investment to me.

First the rod looks great, but the two pieces don’t fit together properly, I will be returning if the second one is the same as first.

Magic Soul 6’9” I ordered the extra fast medium and it feels true to JDM specs. Being just a tad softer tip than most American rod companies. I ordered the extra fast hoping it would be like an American fast action and it is. The dowel being longer is a bit odd and I’m really curious what this, “gentle break in process” is like because it’s a pretty big gap- brand new right out of the box. I can’t imagine it’s ever going to connect and sit flush but I could be wrong and will update the review if it does break in and sit flush eventually.I own the Handing Magic Shadow and those feel more American spec so a fast is a true fast with that model.I own the Handing Starry Sky and that is a softer rating and more typical to China ratings. The fast feels like an American moderate fast on that rod.

Got the 7ft 6in MF casting rod and I LOVE it. Has great action, the reel seat is nice and solid, and looks fantastic. Also is very sensitive and casts great. Only regret was not ordering 3 or 4 of them for that price they offered of $22 for a bit there.....

I ordered a Magic Soul Fishing Rod spinning 6'7",this one is my 8th fishing rod from Handing they are very well made and strong and light,I paid 29.99 but I received the casting style and they do not want to exchange because the price now is 48.99,so now I lost the opportunity of have this great fishing rod in my arsenal maybe is in sale again in the future, The products from handing are excellent b and sensitive fishing rod excellent backbone it was going to be my son's rod but he has to wait purchased to many Handing rods in less than 8 months, great fishing rods.UPDATE:5-16-24 Well made design is outstanding, I have been using some high dollar rods but this is now my go to, You Can't Beat Them on Any Factor I Have Found!, The packaging was really good and putting the rod together was quick, the overall look of this rod is very cool as you can see in the picture, great Fuji Alconite guides treat the fishing line perfect, The real seat awesome, I received my replacement this morning and went fishing this afternoon , unfortunately a thunderstorm came in and I had to quit but still I fish for an hour and catch a few and the Magic soul respond like a champion each of the fish were over 2lb I paired with a Handing M1 grey 2000 spinning reel with 6lb Berkley braid fire line, In addition I have to thank Rita for made possible this great time that I am going to have with this equipment,Thanks again

It looks good, but the connector rod for the two pieces is made too long, and when assembled there is an unsightly gap between the two pieces. There is not much flex to the rod tip.

Will be returning this garbage product immediately. I don't fish with a 1/2" between the 2 pieces and I doubt you do either.

Tried twice to order spinning 7' MH but was sent casting rod both times, I'm sure its an Amazon stocking issue not the Vendor, but the rod does look very nice that's why 5 stars
