Not only that, but butterfly pea flower is a superfood with a HOST of beneficial health effects (please look it up!!).I've been getting creative in the morning and putting it into my grits. I've made some pretty breakfasts using this powder, if I do say so myself lolThere is a very subtle sweet taste to the powder that is almost undetectable when put into the savory grits.Mixing it with substances of various pH levels will change the resulting color. For example, if you mix this powder with something acidic like lemon juice, it will turn it purple instead of blue.You can also play with coloring of other foods to change it as well. I made a sriracha mayo with this, which turned out purple because of the red sriracha being mixed with the blue butterfly pea flower powder.Besides making food and drinks amazing to look at it (very aesthetically pleasing), it's also amazing for your health. I highly recommend!

I love making fresh lemonade during this hot days. I add this powder to give it a little inviting color. A pinch is enough for 20 oz glass. It doesn't add any flavor though.

It changes colour based on temp/pH, which is really cool. Both were accidentally changed at the same time, so it’s hard to tell which actually did it, but still cool nonetheless.Tastes really good, and makes whatever you add it to more fun too.

Great quality. Disolved easily. Used for a summer STEAM activity with my kid. We used butterfly pea powder ice cubes to turn our lemonade a gorgeous purple colour 🤩 I look forward to finding other uses for this!

the product works, it colors drinks and tastes mild and all of that. I would not recommend anyone to try to pot the powder in a separate container, it will get everywhere, gunk up funnels, stain clothing, skin, towels, etc. I should've just left it in the bag.
