No and they are very fragile I threw mine away couldn’t use they would break

i am making a small rc plane will this work for it?

It depends on what you mean to use them for. They are literally a hinge with a plastic pin in the middle. The pin can slide both ways, so if it comes out, then it's useless. Are you considering for the rutters? Same answer either way... it worked for making a case for a laser

Are the hinge pins metal? I want to use them near a salt water aquarium and do not want to use something that can rust or corrode.

I’ve been using these hinges on my DIY aquarium lids for a few years now and they still work great. All the parts are acrylic so you don’t have to worry about rust, etc. Since my lids are made of polycarbonate I used clear Command Strips to make them stick. I hope this answers your question.
