As others have noted these aren't cheap but if you really need something to hold your soaker hose firmly in the ground these will certainly do a very good job. They fit nice and snugly over the hose so there is no possibility of the hose moving when the water is turned on.

do exactly what I expect - been using this brand for 4-5 years
I have been usingthese for several years to hold soaker hoses in place around my garden. They work well and are ideal. Note that whatever sort of peg you use, if you have just created a rasied flower bed or a completely new flowerbed, then they may have trouble holding in the first year until the soil becomes more compacted and settled. In loose soil I finf that doubling them up, and driving in at an angle can help.

Easiest way to control a soak hose...
Soak hoses seem to have a life of their own,snaking all over the place,these pegs seem more than capable of holding the hose in place,easy to clip in and almost invisible around the base of your plants giving better control over where you water,time will tell if they will go brittle over the winter... Delivery was fast and well packaged...

Keeps getting pulled out of the ground...
It could be that my hose is still too stiff from being coiled when I got it, but these pegs were ineffective in keeping the hose in place even in a straight line.
