Opened and dry inside!
The mascara arrived already opened and dry inside! Unacceptable! Not eligible for return or replacement. Never buy again.

my favourite mascara, it tints the lashes while you look fabulous, even after removal.

Lovely mascara but it didn't tint my lashes unfortunately.
I love this mascara BUT I was really quite excited about the lash tint complex that it has in it that is supposed to gradually tint your lashes as you wear it. This is supposed to be visible within 14 days of wear so I have left my review for a few weeks so that I could test this properly.The mascara itself is wonderful. It doesn't clump my lashes, two coats is plenty to give a bold eye look and the product is just the right consistency to dry fast and also build up where needed. I really really do like this mascara.However, I am a little disappointed that I can see no difference to the colour of my natural lashes after wearing this mascara for at least 8 hours daily for over two weeks. I was really looking forward to even a slight difference in perhaps the ends of my lashes that are much lighter than the base but it just didn't happen so I had to take a star away.This is a really good mascara, but don't buy this if you are buying it purely for the lash tinting side of things. It doesn't work.
