Lumesner Carry on Backpack, Extra Large 40L Flight Approved Travel Backpack for Men & Women,Expandable Large Suitcase Backpacks

I thought I'm just getting a bag, the design is very good a bag that can carry my stuff for a long weekend . Always travel with hand carry and most of the time I finished up checking my bag in because the airplane is full. But now I got a backpack ready for a short holiday.

Very comfortable backpack with plenty of room to pack everything. Lots of pockets. Completely satisfied. Looks as at the picture.

Why strange? Because the backpack was amazing. Plenty of pocket, very good material, amazing space… Unfortunately at the first trip, right by the handle, it broke. :( I was truly sorry to return it but I got immediately the money back. I would honestly order another one but I’m too scared it does the same. I would suggest to try your luck as it is truly a great item. Note: the size match that on board luggage, it does definitely not match the underseat-bag size.

Very happy with the order, very good material

Backpack arrived today and although initially surprised that the bag was folded over in order to fit in the plastic pouch. I opened up the bag and was further surprised that the “packing bags/pouches “ were Not of the compression type that seemed standard in most cases in order to reduce the size of the bags/pouches, in order to fit more in. I suppose it’s due to the price of the bag and I will use the pouches for my wardrobe and chest of drawers storage and use the compression pouches I already have. I will try the backpack out later this year for a short five day trip, as I will need the backpack for future air travel next year. The variety of zip pockets is almost staggering and I particularly like the pocket for storage of the shoulder straps (rucksack) enabling me to carry the bag as a small suitcase and the clips on the sides help to secure the backpack. Also the expandable pocket for a bottle or umbrella storage and the elastic strap helps with keeping any items in this space secure. All in all a good backpack/ small suitcase

I really loved this bag but it was way too big for me as a carry on bag for cabin, had to give it to someone as I couldn’t use it. Rated 4 stars because I gave it out but it was really lovely.

Great bag but they definitely do NOT comply as an under seat bag with either Easyjet or Ryanair, therefore they should NOT be described as “fitting under the seat or in the overhead”. 4 stars for quality, 0 stars for description.

Grand bag for long weekend

Plecak jest duży i sam w sobie dość ciężki, ale jest świetnie wykonany, kolory są piękne. Pewnym minusem są niejasne reguły przyznawania gwarancji. Na zawieszce jest instrukcja, według której należy wejść na profil facebookowy producenta i tam w komentarzu podać informacje o zakupie. Nigdy się z czymś takim nie spotkałam, profil jest martwy, zdjęcie w tle i profilowe nie zdradzają, że należy on do producenta plecaków. Wszystko to wygląda bardzo podejrzanie, ale trzeba przyznać, że sam plecak jest naprawdę świetny.

Looking for a personal item that was maximum size. Concerned because this is a backpack and that airline might treat as carry on rather than personal item. This the 3 stars — Because it’s much bigger than other backpacks reviewed. It’s a 5 star if not concerned or want as a travel backpack. Really high quality, more so than other backpacks. The martial was top notch fabric. The design really stands out. Had plenty of pockets. But most outside one was horizontal/side zip. Unusual. Hard to judge if pockets were “right size” or not. It’s designed very specifically for a laptop. If you don’t carry a laptop the layout of the bag might not be optimal for you. Better design for magazines to replace laptop than books. The fold away backpack straps are sweet concept. Guess you’d want to walk on plane as backpack to divert attention from it being a potential carry on. If that’s possible at all. But can attach it easy to your carry on to roll through the airport and not have anything heavy on your back. Also, destination use matters. You’re not going to go on tours, hiking, walking, etc. with a more “traditional” shaped personal item. Don’t know if you can keep as much clothes as advertised and anything else without this ringing alarm bells as too large to be a personal item. Also way too arrive clothes is both helpful and unhelpful. Hard to describe. What works works really well. What doesn’t, not sure how much of a problem. Maybe not much, maybe a little. Maybe a lot. Some of the pockets seemed superfluous. Are you really going to keep or “hide” your cell in your bag? Or are you going to keep it in your pocket? Same for a wallet and Especially a passport. Who would put a bag down in the airport waiting area with those items in it. If you have a purse or pocketbook they’ll be in there and that’ll be your personal item. If you can keep it to basic size and not stuff it full and carry it on your back while boarding maybe, maybe, possibly with some luck and possibly a diversion you can try to have it pass as personal item. Don’t stuff it if that’s how you want to use it. Really really really don’t expand the bag father than basic size. Especially outside USA. No two airlines are alike. And if traveling to multiple destinations you might get away with it on one airline but not another.

This backpack luggage bag is a perfect carryon. Holds enough for a 4 - 5 day trip depending on how much you like to pack. Makes going through airports a breeze. So much better than rolling luggage around.

Just got this last week and i have to say it is impressive how much i can store in it. My wife and I are traveling to Japan this fall and were worried about having enough space in our suitcases for 8 days of clothes and have enough space for souvenirs as well. This solves that problem. With it i was able to pack 5 pairs of jeans, 7 T-shirts, 8 pairs of underwear, my toiletries, 6 pairs of socks, a laptop, Nintendo Switch, controllers, multiple cords and still had room for additional items like a large 24oz sports bottle. The colors are great, I got the beige and orangeish brown. I tested its water resistance and it works ok, but will need to spray it with camp dry and should make it more resilient towards water. The cubes that are included are nice and the charger outlet works perfectly. My wife bought a Lovevook bag that was also 40ml Size and it held a lot of this to but the straps were not as comfortable and do not disconnect and store in the backpack to become a duffle like mine does. The only reason i give it four stars is because the color i got shows dirt fairly quickly after one use but can be cleaned by hand. Beware if you have back problems this thing can hold a lot of weight so be mindful of that when strapping to your back if you have back issues. It does have a quick and easy strap to attach to the long handle of your regular suitcase so it can rest on top and you don't have to carry it. All in all this is a great purchase.

I was very pleased with this purchase. Prior to buying I spent a lot of time reviewing carry-on backpack options and I ordered the extra large 40 l size. I wanted it to be adequate size for a 3 to 5 day trip while also being carry-on size for most airlines. I also wanted the following features: side handle, backpack straps with adjustable chest strap, zipper for backpack straps to be hidden when the bag is being used as a duffle bag (I always hate trying to board an airplane with the straps dragging on floor or flapping in peoples' faces), anti-theft pocket, usb port, luggage belt and water bottle holder (which is not noted in the bag's description on-line). It ticked all the boxes for me. It also comes with 3 packing cubes and the beige/brown colour looks very nice.
