Not recommended.
This rice is artificially coloured. Definitely, not organic!In the first wash, almost 70% of the red colour comes out and in the next one, rest 20%. The rest 10% is what any other rnot-so-brown rice has!The rice has some kind of slippery coating which is not washed off easily.

Misleading Rice Advertisement: Not Parboiled as Claimed
I thought it was parboiled rice as mentioned in the advertisement, but it turned out to be misleading. It takes at least an hour to cook, whereas real parboiled rice cooks within 15 minutes.
