My sister recommended this Horsetail so I tried it. The first thing I noticed after about 3-4 days is that my hair wasn't falling out like it had been. I'm 77 so hair loss can be an issue. I've just been taking it for about 3 weeks so I'm sure to see more improvement in skin and nails.

Not so sure it grew my hair. But it did give me strong nails like never before. I did get baby hairs . Unfortunately they fell out when I washed my hair. I am 76 tho. My hormones are definitely messed up. So it might work better on you. I took Collagen as well. It's not bad. I felt like my hair was thicker on one side. But then I don't know.
