Would this item work if slipped inside of a more industrial sized roll of tp? like the kind you would find in say a convenience store bathroom?

The best is a regular roll if the industrial roll is close to the same size as the cardboard part of a reg roll it will be perfect. It has to squeeze two metal pieces sticking out for it to work. I know some industrial rolls are the same size in the middle and some are not.

Description reads use our library of t.v. and movie sounds yet no review mentions this. So does it come with a library?
