Working fine
may be too early to draw any final conclusion on product, just a week of using, but seems good enough by looks and working. no noise, good speed and keeping the cpu temp well under control, checked by HWinfo app. My initial perception is that it's a good replacement for my age old intel fan.

Quite fan but not a good cooler
The fan is quite but the cooler is too small to cool cpus, i have a i3-4th gen which has 54w TDP and still maxes out at 80 degrees

Excellent build. Also comes with the thermal paste
Excellent build. Also comes with the thermal paste (fresh) do not touch the paste strip else it will spread or come off on your fingers. But it fitted without any issues on my H61 motherboard. No need to add thermal paste to processor if its not there.
