I can see why some persons had a hard time with this but it takes a couple tricks to finesse it to work in coffee or liquids..the one thing I can attest to is that when I went Keto..this helped me tremendously to get into ketosis and I lost 20 pounds in six weeks...I did cut out as many carbs and sugar as possible so I am sure that helped..but since not being able to order this..my diet has stayed exactly the same and I've put on a few more pounds and I can feel the difference .I honestly wanted to come back to purchase the two pound bag( even though it's outrageously expensive...but it's probably expensive because it works),..when I went to order the 2 pound bag it was gone...and when I ordered I guess one of the last Jars of it ,...apparently another item in my shipment had broke and the entire thing got sent back...I really wanted that to be mailed to me..when I started using this, I used it in my morning coffee..... ( and I love sweet creamy coffee so learning how to do keto coffee took a few tries......and I learned you need to have very hot water...I used to heat my bottled room temp. water in the microwave at about 3 minutes and 30 seconds..and I would add about half a scoop..like I said it was expensive,.. and I saw reviews of people being jittery at a whole scoop so I used half a scoop,... and that worked for me...I would add the instant coffee of my choice,.and than the half and half cream ( no added carbs so this is important ), and than I added monk fruit without erythritol or liquid Splenda ...as carb free as can be...I think perhaps some persons might have not wrote reviews of it working,.. for getting into keto,.... because it was such a gem and didn't want it to sell out...well I'm not sure if the cognitive switch is totally sold out or if they stopped making it it altogether ,....because I went to their website and I can't find it anymore..If anyone orders this again and hopefully they will sell it again...whatever you put it into,... just make sure to mix it into a very hot steamy liquid and it will melt right down ,,no clumpiness.Please juvenescence if you read this review ...please sell this item again...I would definitely repurchase it again.

It works, but I wish it cost less

I used it as alternative coffee creamer. Taste great, mixed well. Noticeable mental clarity 🙌

This is partially on me, but I never would have purchased this is I had seen how much it cost per serving. It doesn't taste good whatsoever. The jury is out on whether this actually helps performance or puts me into ketosis, but after drinking one serving I'm not convinced. I'll update this accordingly though.

This new powder is unbelievable!!I took their previous version of the powder which tasted terrible but still liked the benefits. But this new Cognitive Switch taste is so close to flavorless I drink it with just water and it really works. Keeps me energized and not feeling as hungry, and also makes me more focused and clear like when I’m actually doing the keto diet. Don’t forget to have it with a meal though

Felt terrible after taking this product. Figured I would do an Amazon return only to find you cannot return or get a refund for this product. What an absolute scam. Lesson learned.

This had a nice mild flavor and was fairy easy to mix into coffee - I found that using a hand-held electric milk frother really did the best job. I didn't really notice much of a difference in clarity and energy and is probably one of those things that you have to use for quite a while to notice any change. However it's an expensive for me to keep using it in order to find out.

I’ve used ketone ester drinks before for a mental boost but wanted to try the added flexibility and convenience of a powder. I like to this in with my hot coffee - it needs a good frothed/shaker to make sure it dissolves, but once it has its pretty much like a creamer. I was so impressed there was no bitter or salty ketone taste that’s there with every other product like this. I’d say you can put this in anything! Nice job Juvenescence!
