GPS Wireless Dog Fence System,for 2dog v20231007

This collar worked for about a year before it stopped connecting to the satellite. Without satellite connection this collar is useless.

This works great for my dog. I set it in my front yard and it covers the front and backyard. One neighbor has a backyard fence so that is helpful. I’ve made a habit of charging it nightly.It charges quickly and I can remove it from the plug before bedtime.

There's no problem with the product - it works fine. The problem was with the delivery. This was an Amazon Prime purchase and was to have been 2 day delivery. It took 9 days to get here. Not good! My dog needed protection quicker than that. I would not recommend dealing with this vendor.

After testing this product out for more than 2 weeks we have decided to return it. Our dog is being shocked when she is nowhere near the "shock zone." Today she was lying on the front porch, at least 40 ft. from the set parameters, and started yelping after being suddenly shocked. Yesterday she got shocked while in mid-pee, once again nowhere near the set invisible barrier. I felt so bad for her! She is a large dog, and though we only had the shock setting at level 3, it seemed to really hurt her. I can't imagine what it would be like on higher levels. This product is too unreliable and inconsistent making it unsafe and ineffective.

After setting up the collar, flagging my front yard and adding string to make a clear boundary, the collar has a mind of it's own. Our puppy just learned going outside to do his business and this collar has definitely set him back. The collar beeps, vibrates and shocks when he isn't even close to the boundary. He is afraid to leave the porch. GPS signal shows full strength at our location so I'm not sure what is going on. I had high hopes for this product. On the positive side it was shipped fast.

My yard was actually too small. I must’ve measured it wrong or something and the seller really help me out. I really appreciate it.

VERY HARD to communicate with the collar to set up, too many functions on 2 buttons - should have developed an app that you can interface with! I’m literally waiting on my local computer repair guy to do this for me - and I’m very tech savvy.
