Q: Does this pot contain PTFE or any form of Teflon?

This part does not have any teflon or any coating like that it's a granite coating like enamel very safe and I bake my sourdough bread twice a week in this pot and love it

Q: Can I put this dutch oven in the refrigerator after its contents have cooled?

Rule of thumb is: you can ONLY put a stainless steel pot in the refrigerator containing food.

Q: Can I preheat this pot to 425 with nothing in it? (For bread making)

Works perfect and do easy to clean. Just be aware that the handles get hot
