This has been such a help. It is so comfortable and fits on my desk chair, work chair and even in the car on long journeys. So easy to use and the quality is brilliant. Well worth the money too I use it everywhere. I have suffered with back pain for years and this helps me to sit upright and offers great support.

Fantastic back support and also to correct sitting posture

I was very sceptical about this item and thought it was rather expensive, but it is worth every penny. It's so versatile, i take it everywhere with me, work, home ect. Highly recommend, really supports your back and is extremely comfortable.

A very good posture support. I've been using it now as I was unable to sit on my settee due to a problem with my back and hip but sitting on this is great it holds you in the correct position, one draw back which is why I've only given 4 star is that if sitting for a prolonged time it becomes uncomfortable on your bottom this is due I think to the padding not being that thick but it's a good investment for any one with or without a bad back

The ergonix chair is a great purchase, it helps to keep my child posture correct, child is feeling very comfortable in there, can sit everywhere where he likes or just put on normla chair, and does the job perfectly. I recommend purchasing it. Very quick delivery and good customer service.

I have found this makes a huge difference to my back comfort while I'm working! Fits on most chairs, and even the sofa! It is sturdy plastic, and the seat padding is comfortable. Keeps my posture where it should be. I will also be using in the car for long drives! I'm a petite lady (152cm tall, size 6), and went for the medium. I've got a fair bit of wiggle room but it isn't loose either. My husband didn't stand a chance of sitting in it comfortably (he tried)

Painful and that doesn't lessen over time. And seems very small. Maybe it's that my lower back has too much of an issue but this, after many uses, does not seem to help at all.

I have a slipped disc but this supports my back in all the right places. It can be used on an office chair (in conjunction with a stable foot-rest), couch, car, on the floor, even in bed! Even if you don't have a back problem you should get it.

V.bad don't buy it

Your body aches by first time use, stay with it because your body will remember the correct posture while using it and learn to improve posture automatically even when not using the support. It’s a life changing product.

This does help with lumbar support, but I paid more for this particular one vs other cheaper options hoping it would have enough cushioning on the bottom. I feel like it could have more gel support for your butt. I ended up buying a gel mesh pad, as it was a little uncomfortable for extended use without something.
