(I purchased the Violet Dream Color) The material and quality of this product are much better than I expected. The clear plastic front cover is nice and thick and easy to see through. The spiral binding is sturdy and is a complete spiral. Not the kind with the slots that cause issues with pages slipping out or issues with turning pages. The back cover is nice and thick making it easy to write on without having to find a hard surface to put under it. Having extremely high AuDHD this item will prove to be highly effective in helping me keep track of what needs to be done each day. On the first page I used the left side column to list what items I need to do every day. In the top box I wrote chores that I need to do every day. (I.e., Wash dishes, Scoop the litter box, etc.) In the second box I wrote my daily personal cares. (I.e.. Take meds, brush teeth, put on lotion, etc.) I used the bottom box for other daily miscellaneous tasks. (I.e.. Journal, cat playtime, check email, social media, etc.) I used the daily boxes to list what items I do on specific days. (I.e.. Mondays, gather and take out trash, Wednesdays clean the bathroom, etc.) The value this item will provide in helping me manage life with AuDHD is unmeasurable.
