How much product do i use for cleaning vegetables

I never tried using it for cleaning the vegetables. Instead I use baking soda for cleaning greens. This one I use as a topical iodine supplement, and for identification of wild mushrooms. Sorry I cannot answer it completely.

I do not want Iodinated rubber. Does the bottle come with a plastic cap, or is the dropper installed on the bottle during shipping?
