It just works.
Had to search a lot on Amazon to find this listing... most cables have USB female jacks on the end since you usually plug these onto PC motherboards. But I have an embedded device with a 4-pin header for its USB device port, which I need to connect to my PC. Cable works great, no fuss, I can see my embedded device enumerate in Device Manager.
