Radio stations reception is very good for it’s size. Clear and no static. Handy size that works well for my small boat & can be tucked away into a small area when rain is present. Ordered 2 and completely happy with price & workmanship.

Great product, low price. I love it. I bought 3 so far. As an older guy age 73, I wish the radio bore the logo of Sony or Panasonic. Instead, the radio has a logo that looks something like "DC." (Photos on Amazon don't show the logo. The photos show the radio without the brand logo). The radio has better sound than I expected. Very clear, sharp sound. Controls work well. Tuner seems to work very well, and the unit feels solid and well put together. Earphone jack givers you good, clear mono sound in both ears, so I'm using it like a Walkman, as well.. I'm really pleased. Highly recommended.

For the best audio and reception, look no more! So many portables and I've tried nearly all of them, especially in this price range. This Goodes AM/FM will satisfy and impress. The tuner knob is smooth and the pointer is accurate. Stations on both bands are easily held and stay locked. It's actually quite nice to operate! The cabinet is extra solid and built with the case seam hidden. I especially like that it does not have a belt clip but does feature a decent removable strap. Red LED for power on. Where this radio really shines is the sound! Inside there is a large, foam suspension 3 watt speaker. The sound profile is size and price defying! Significantly better sounding than MOST of the others to my surprise! It's great for music with crispy clean treble, perfect mid range, and yes......even some bass! The power/band switch work easily with a nice feel, same with the volume knob. The FM antenna is nice, really long. 2 AA batteries fit without drama, and the cover fits perfectly. It's just an excellent little radio that's really good at its job! For Pete's sake get two because somebody you know would love this!

So cheap you will give them to kids and not be concerned. It works well, and is not fragile. Yes, it can be broken, it's not immortal. But at this price.... wow! Excellent AM sensitivity; I was listening to Progresso Radio on 640 KHz from Havana. FM is fair to good sensitivity; local stations here in Largo FL are fine. The college station at USF on Tampa was weak and noisy daytime; evenings DID improve that. Sound is clear and loud if you need loud. Considering the speaker size, audio fidelity is quite good. I usually prefer digital over analog, but this one works nicely. This is SO good AND thrifty, I want to sell them in my Flea market booth, manufacturur, contact me please. BUY ONE! PS: I bought zanother to give to the 'church warden' that lives at our masonic lodge. He is almost blind, so I chose this one due to simplicity of use. HE LOVES IT! You would do well go get one if a simple very good sounding AM/FM radio is what you seek.

I grabbed this portable radio to bring to a drive-in movie. It was perfect! The FM reception was great. The sound was crisp and carried well inside and outside the car. Highly recommend!

I bought this radio for emergencies and power outages. It gets loud and has access to many radio stations. The batteries also last a long time.

This is one of my favorite beach bag items if not my actual favorite. I say beach, but I have brought it to outdoors picnics or activities as well. Here’s the deal with this super cute, tiny, and lightweight AM/FM battery operated radio - you don’t have to drain your phone battery! Just pop in 2 double (or is it triple) A batteries and you’re good for a long time. I’ve had mine for at least 6 months maybe longer and I haven’t replaced the batteries yet. The reception is fantastic - nothing a little nudge to the extended antenna won’t smooth away. It’s loud and easy to use. One control button for the volume and another control button for the stations. I receive so many compliments on this little radio of mine. Anyone who sees it, loves it and always ask where I got it. This is a great addition to your beach bag or your hiking backpack.

I love this radio and cannot believe it was only $10.00! It gets great reception and I like the retro color! It has an antenna so it picks up multiple stations. It is very lightweight so it is easy to carry and also has a strap you can wear around your wrist. I am enjoying my walks more now that I have this easy to use radio to bring along!
