The quality screams out!
First of all, the packaging of this watch is just pure class, It comes in the the big cardboard box, after which you open to a book like case, where you find the instructions on how to use the watch then the watch and its faces. The material, looks and feels really premium and all in all quite light, this surprised me cause I was thinking by the looks of it, it will be quite heavy. However when I say light here, I dont mean in a cheap way, in a very premium way.You can see the detail in the craftsmanship and the watch is pretty easy to set up, changing the watch faces can be a little tricky at first especially if you have large hands, but after a while you get a hang of it and its quite a breeze. While this watch is marketed to both genders, I personally feel its a little too big for a female’s hand. In the pictures above, I placed it side by side my apple watch SE 44mm, to give you an idea of the size. This is something you wear to a nice posh event, and while compared to some of the heavy hitters and name brands out there, it may be relatively cheaper, it definitely can go toe to to with any big brand name out there.I definitely recommend

High end watch
This is a very high-end automatic watch.Visually it looks amazing. The internal moving parts are a visible and it is just mesmerizing watching all those tiny parts move. It feels nice caressing it with my fingers and while wearing. That said I will admit that I'm not really sure what separates a high-end watch from a midrange watch, or even a cheaper watch, other than the price. Others who are more knowledgeable can give a more useful opinion as to whether it is a good value for money. From my point of view, it seems very expensive.I didn't even know that they still made watches with an automatic movement. I thought all watches had the quartz movement nowadays. The advantage of the automatic is that it never needs batteries. The major disadvantages are that the watch will stop if you don't move it for a certain period of time, and that they don't time as well as a quartz watch. I don't know if this watch keep's time as well as a quartz watch but so far it appears to be keeping perfect time. It's an amazing watch for sure. The dial is quite large so the watch may not look so good on small wrists or hands. If I have one nitpick it's that it includes a strap band. I would prefer the look and feel of a bracelet band. Others may prefer the strap, so this is just a personal preference.Oh, just to add, it also comes in a very extravagant package. I won't go into any detail about the box, but the company is really trying to impress here. It's a nice touch.

Exquisite and beautiful watch!
I confess I am not a watch aficionado and have never owned a fancy luxury watch before. I always thought mechanical watches were supplanted by cell phones and iWatches decades ago and never understood the cult following of watch collectors who pay hundreds or thousands of dollars for watches that can't text, make phone calls, or connect to the internet. I think I am starting to get it now. This is my first luxury watch and I am glad I got a skeleton watch as my first. As an engineer I can fully appreciate the intricacies of the Ciga Magician's mechanical gears and tiny moving parts on full display behind a sapphire crystal face. If it was just a traditional watch face I wouldn’t be able to comprehend and appreciate the craftsmanship and attention required to put together such a complex movie device made of such delicate metal parts – all running in sync without ANY batteries or need of recharging! For the first few days I would often glance at my arm just to watch the tiny gears click and turn behind the sapphire crystal and simply admire the beauty of it all. If you put your ear on the watch you can even hear the clicking of the watch like a tiny mechanical heart beating away. There is something tremendously satisfying about having this beautiful timepiece on your wrist knowing that it is the modern culmination of centuries of clockmakers’ technologies distilled into a compact form.First, the watch is really unique and different from most watches on the market. It’s a skeleton watch where you can see everything but also it’s floating between two sapphire crystals with only the dial connecting the internals to the frame. When held up to the light you can see the watch suspended in the air while surrounded by a thick dial. Without the bands and outer frame, the watch looks like classic pocket watch. It’s exceedingly beautiful and exquisite. The outer frames are also a great feature. While the watch with three different outer frames, a square, a classic octagon, and my favorite - a circle. I picked the titanium version and the watch and outer frames are a dark gunmetal color that I like better than simple steel or the dark titanium. The watch feels heavy but not overly burdensome. Everything is very finely machined and there’s detail everywhere. Parts of the frame are polished to a glass smooth seen while other parts are left matte to create a two-tone depth. The winding dial is ribbed for grip but even the rib design is not a typical uniform line but stylized and angular. If you look closely the rim of the inner face is actually a large gear to reinforce the mechanical clockwork look of the watch. I particularly like the spinning center gear instead of a second hand. The center gear and both hands have a fluorescent coating that shines a pale green at night. The internals have several tones of polished pieces, matte pieces, and tastefully added bronze pieces for extra pop. Finally there are cross spokes that are cut at a specific cross-hatched angle and polished to catch the light at certain perspectives. All of the surfaces feel crisp and sharp and extremely precise. All of these fine details are stunningly beautiful yet feel strong and powerful.Ciga is a Chinese brand and you would be hard pressed to tell. China has no storied watch-making tradition but it feels premium. Ciga has won a lot of awards in the past few years for their designs and I can certainly see why. The design, look, and presentation feels like it’s a premium European or Swiss brand. They’ve done a really good job giving this watch a premium feel that competes with the upper tiers. The box that it came in was made to look like a book and it was delightful to unwrap. The only small issue I found so far was that the instructions and written materials have grammatical and design errors. Certain words are spelled wrong, lacking spaces, or had two words joined when they should be separate. For the price of this watch and the premium market they want to target, hiring a simple editor would have helped immensely to reinforce the prestige aspect. Additionally if I had to nit-pick, I think the band could have used some attention. While the watch itself was absolutely stunning, the band is a simple black plastic/silicone strap. I feel for the price of $900 leather or even the option for a metal strap would have been ideal. The strap quite simply feels cheap. Finally this is an automatic/manual watch which means you need to wind if every so often to keep it running. When wearing it the motion of your arm and walking action helps wind the watch spring. However I did notice that if I don't wear it for 2-3 days the watch does run out of power and you have to manually wind it up and set the time again. Not a huge deal, but considering there are no batteries to replace and it runs completely on mechanical springs, this is still a great watch!I am absolutely floored by the quality and beautify of this watch. I am constantly admiring this watch and its meticulous details. I highly recommend it for yourself or as a gift. Ciga says this watch is unisex and I think it would look marvelous on a woman as well.

I like to show it off
The value of money this watch saves you is amazing. It comes with three bezel styles. The lugs fit any 20mm bracelets/straps. The crown makes it easy to crank/wind. The craftsmanships of this watch is incredible. I love how every thing from the balance, to the mainspring barrel is visible to show off the meticulous craftsmanship is. I like how this watch sets itself apart by not using a traditional second hand, it uses what seems like another center wheel top side. For this price you get three watches. No one can tell they're the same watch, unless you let them in on the secret. Don't sleep on Ciga this is a beautiful watch.

Interesting design
This watch has a pretty unique design in the fact that you can change the case shape quickly. The three shapes are all very different and give the watch a different feel. The skeleton face is interesting and gives you a good look at a complex mechanical movement. The case glass is extremely hard and will resist scratches easily. The face can be a bit hard to read it the light isn't right but that doesn't take away from the fact that the watch is definitely a conversation starter. The presentation in the box that it comes in is really nice with a fairly unique book style box. The band is probably the weak part of the whole thing as it is a silicone band when I feel like an understated leather band would have been what I preferred. Overall, while not a daily wear, this is an interesting and unique watch.
