I don’t know where they are made but I have put one through the wash and it came out as nice as when I bought it so it is made well.

Q: exact size length by width by height in inches when unfolded?

I gave these as gifts, because the one I purchased for myself was approximately 15" x 13" unfolded, and was so handy and functional! I love that they roll up to be smaller than a 3 x 5" card. The bags are nice looking, light weight and very sturdy - - the seams have never ripped or showed stress no matter what I packed in them. I used them on my cruise excursions (anticipating some purchases at our stops), road trips, etc.

Q: Are the straps long enough to comfortably hang over shoulder for walking to and from grocery store?

I find them just right for hanging on the shoulder while carrying groceries.
