I just love this! It not only looks very good but the heating portion of it is so nice! I’m extremely happy with this purchase!

I am very happy with the appearance of the unit and the construction quality is good. Gives off quite a bit of heat. No one will mistake it for a real fire, but it does add atmosphere to the room! The projected "flame" looks very realistic. The remote control looks a little wacky, but it works. Of course, in the heat mode, you can hear the blower sound. We often use it without heating, just for decorative effects, and it is completely silent. Overall very happy and hopefully it will last.

We have a fireplace that doesn’t work. For a few years now we’ve just had decorative rocks and candles in it. We decided to look into one of these space heaters that looks like burning logs. This item is perfect. It has a nice glow that doesn’t look too fake and the heater puts out a nice amount of heat to warm up our large living room. We are very happy with the purchase. It has been used daily since we got it two weeks ago. Kinda frustrated we didn’t look into earlier.

I bought this as an insert for my fireplace, because I do not want to burn wood and needed a heat source for my back part of my house. It is Awesome! It fit right in the fireplace and it heats up a large area. The back part of the house is a den, bathroom, hallway and 2 bedrooms. It's so cozy with the lights off. I love it!

It gives off great heat but I wish it looked more like a real log. The vents on the bottom give it away

We bought this to place into the opening of our existing wood burning fire place. It fits in perfectly and we use it when we’re not burning wood. We simple remove it and store it in a closet, if we want to do wood burning fire. It has a heater in it , so it can heat your room but you can use it without the heater on, if you just want the look of having a fire.

The heater works fine - the display is almost realistic and is quite quiet

Reasonable quiet and heats well. But the flame colour is all wrong. Only red with just a hint of orange and no yellow. Not at all like a real fire.
