This is the first time I ordered this online, normally I go to vitamin shoppe but they only have 3 flavors there and I wanted the sour apple. So full review by me. Came in in great time and sealed all the way. This is the best pre-workout in my opinion with no itching. The pumps are nuts and focus is tremendous. I love this flavor but it is a sour flavor. Their raspberry twizzle flavor is lighter and still good. Their blue slushi flavor is not strong enough flavor for me. I take 1 scoop on the norm and 2 scoops for heavy training. Weird thing was the scoop was larger than the others I had (older on left store bought, amazon purchase on right). All servings are the same so the scoop should be about 10g. So I weighed the old and new scoop full (zeroed for each empty scoop) and the larger was 15g. Not sure why. If you care about that, verify the scoop. Other than that it all checks out good. Sorry for the length. Love the product, worth the buy if you want nootropics and legit insane pumps.

I thoroughly enjoyed just about everything about this product. The PUMPS were genuinely awesome as I felt more energetic durring my workout. However...sad to say that something in the product just doesnt completely agree with my stomach. After a workout my stomach felt a little funny. Ofcourse take that with a grain of salt because you may respond differently to this supplement. Other than that...its a solid product worth a try. I'd say my main thoughts of improvent for this product would be to increase the total serving amount to 60 servings. So that if you take 2 scoops (like most probably will) that this product would last you 30 days. Cuz 20 is such an awkward number IMPORTANT UPDATE 👇👇👇 Acouple months later I chose to revisit this product and use what i had left. I must say...... NICE! Last time i wasnt really prioritizing hydration and was wondering why my punps were sub optimal WITHOUT using this product. After I learned that with optimal hydration, our bodies our able to get a sick pump withought taking product. So naturally i thought "What would happen if i took this product with optimal body hydration" and HOLY SHIT I've never felt a pump more insane before dudes. I'm able to train for 2 and 1/2 hours (twice a week) and crank out 5 HIGH QUALITY sets (some times more) per body part in a FULL BODY program. Im mainly training for strength bur STILL get an amazing pump. I really feel thier special caffeine blend doing its job too. Also With better hydration I no longer feel discomfurt in my stomache like i did before. I would 1,000% RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT 😁😁😁😎

So depending on what flavor you get is my best opinion. The green apple, jungle fruit and raspberry twissle are definitely 5/5 stars with great taste! The blue slushie and strawberry snow cone I’d give 1/5 stars. They both taste awful and you can’t really get it consumed. So I’d recommend any other flavor of pre workout for who labs pride pre workout. Make sure you scoop responsibly. It’s getting pretty spendy but definitely worth it!

I have bought Pride Pre-Workout and have been using it for years. One of the best pre-workouts on the market, PERIOD.

Taste was good, I guess my energy level was good but I miss the beta alanine/vitamin tingling that RPmax gave me. It lets me know it has kicked in. I tried this to see if it could replace their old one. I can tell the mate helps with concentration which is why I like ehp. Please bring back the RPmax!
