I have an 05 F150 the rubber around the cupholder was pulling up from the shrinkage of the foam. The rubber was still good. I bought this hoping to be able to use the base as the original unit in the car broke the tabs when removing. This did not disappoint. This unit is hard solid plastic and 2 piece. The bottom screws in to the hard plastic top. The color was matched. I took apart the bottom to use and attach my old rubber to. I had a local upholster put foam and attach my original rubber to the base of this unit. It turned out good and it snapped right into place. Looks as good as new. It would be a good replacement if you wanted a hard trim around the cup holder,

Great product with color matching perfectly and a great fit. A few things to know.... 1 - As described, it is hard plastic vs padded like the original. Does not impact comfort and probably better in the long run. 2 - Getting the old one out feels like you are destroying your armrest. i used two slothead screw drivers to workaround and pop up the brackets. I did break two brackets off still in the arm-rest. Easy fix was just to push them down into the padding beneath and out of the way. 3 - Putting the new one in was a breeze. Literally lined it up and used my fist to pound it in. Great product and highly recommend.

The product snapped right in as it should and looks good. would recommend as a replacement option. It is a hard plastic instead of vinyl, but doesn't bother me.

Product is great quality, much better than the OEM part. The hard plastic is a much better choice than the soft material used on the original. Color matched perfectly and the part fit very snuggly. I couldn't find one bad thing to say about this thing, it's great!
