Have been using instead of LMNT, like almost as much, maybe more. Just a little different. Like flavor but wish it mixed a bit easier. Good value. 1g of sodium just like comparable electrolytes.

I found a mini products to be OK but this will best overall

43% of daily recommended sodium intake in one serving.I wish I could get a refund /credit, but its a food product so against policy.Disappointing, feeling duped by fake health product. Would definitely not recommend to anyone I liked.

Taste is great!

This taste great and has a crisp grapefruit taste, however, has a lot of sodium in one package. I made the mistake of not looking at the content and only use about 1/5 teaspoon of the package in a drink. Maybe if you sweat and are SUPER active, this works for you. If you’re shopping around for everyday electrolyte drink mixes, I highly encourage you to look at quantities and ingredients!11/20 update: ProMix has offered to give me a full refund since I was not satisfied with the sodium content. I really appreciate that as it was ultimately my own fault for not understanding sodium content. Thank you ProMix!

Love that it's tested for heavy metals and doesn't have anything hiding in the ingredients under "natural flavors" like LMNT, I feel safe drinking it during pregnancy and the taste is good!

I like this product because of the simple ingredients., electrolytes. I was looking for electrolytes without sweeteners or added sugars. This fits the bill. Salty tasting with a hint of grapefruit essence this is just was I was looking for.

Like drinking straight salt - I don’t need to pay $40 for that. Waste of money and now cannot return.
