Folks….. this is the BEST shower head I have ever purchased. A pull down option has always been a must in our household. However, when it came to the rainfall overhead, it feels absolutely amazing! Easy to install and performs better than other shower heads I’ve tried. Instructions and straight forward and you get a sticky pad to place your pull down head unit anywhere you’d like to get the PERFECT fit. The appearance isn’t super bulky and in the way, very pleased with the design. Better option money wise compared to others on the market. This product is hands down, amazing!

East to install. PLENTY of vinyl wrap and extra bushings/washers. High water pressure with the option to throttle. I was worried about the adhesive on the wand mount, but have had no issues at all. Thanks for making my mornings better!

Installation was easy, more than enough PTFE tape was provided, so I applied plenty to all threaded sections and had no leaks. Water pressure was great even with the shower head and handheld running at the same time. The flow from the main head is strong, but the contact with the skin is very light and pleasant.2 small problems though.First, the joint between the base of the extension and the swivel piece (circled in red) has a tiny bit of play in it. I don't intend to be moving the head around, so it shouldn't be an issue, but it feels like a potential breaking point should something unexpected happen.Second, I'm 6'2" and needed the shower head up high so I could stand under it without ducking or leaning my head forward. I'm able to do so with a couple inches to spare, but the shower head isn't aimed straight down. The swivel part of the head either needs more travel room, or the extension needs to be curved a few more degrees inward. There's plenty of room between the edge of the head and the extension arm for that to be possible. Setup like this, the water lands in the middle of the tub, so not a whole lot of room to step out of the flow to lather up.Have only used it once, but if anything noteworthy happens, I'll post an update

Awesome shower head set! My wife love it and indeed me too. I used a different handheld shower support, but everything else was used and so far have been working great for te last 2 months

Bought this rain shower head with hand held head. No directions, sent first one back. Nut that secures 3 way shunt to shower arm is not secure to the shower head unit to attach to shunt, whch causes leak...Second one no better, leaks all over, the adhesive holder u attach to wall for hand held came off during FIRST SHOWER. Stay away, you are better off going to home depot. Frustrating!!!

I’ve never felt so robbed of showers my whole life. But once I installed this shower system I was in Heaven. And I can wash my stinky dog with the attachment. That’s a plus because she is scared to death of everything. So thanks a lot for the awesome shower, my dog begs for baths every time I use the bathroom lol

The media could not be loaded. Bought this for my new house and it wasn't to difficult to install, tho the directions are rather vague. But alas I figured it out. Had a few mishaps with it leaking. I ended up needing to apply the Teflon tape differently and now we're drip free and I'm excited to get some use out of it! I recommend!
