The bands are good, albeit the medium and heavy are wrongly labelled (my suspicions were confirmed by my gym trainor). The green heavy one is actually medium strength, and the pink medium one is actually heavy strength,

I received it with the 3 colors but the It is written on it heavy and purple and pink both light But i feel all of them was same, anyway i love it not hurts and strong.

Very poor quality - the sizes of the bands differ, so that the 'heaviest' (purple) band is also the smallest. It doesn't actually stretch, so it's useless for exercises like kickback or sidestep (I could barely fit it over both of my legs, much less move with it). Don't buy, it's a waste of money.
