The product and packaging are as quality as you might hope to find. Cotton packing was in the bottle to keep the pills whole, and reduce damage to a bare minimum. They showed up in great condition.I found the tablet slightly bitter, but not off-putting in any way. It was easy to swallow, and doesn't smell like much of anything... so I'll count this product as being easily tolerated. It's also clearly made and packaged in the U.S. domestic market, giving me a greater confidence in its quality. I like the sustained release of nutrients, so you're not riding a roller-coaster of nutrient levels up and down daily.I had no adverse reaction to the use of this product, and no undesirable side effects. They are time released so it was a slow and steady supply of energy which I totally love because I typically work out for an hour and a half and then do another hour of cardio. It sustained me the entire time without having the jittery nervous feeling that I am used to getting.You may be a little bit jarred by the price point, but for a quality product such as this I definitely feel the price is justified.They are very simple to take, go down very easy, and there was no aftertaste whatsoever.I just chug water after taking them.A lot of times it’s hard rating a supplement because sometimes you get a placebo effect or they work better in the beginning and then slowly lose their effectiveness, but I waited until I completed the entire bottle to write this review, and so far they have Been very consistent throughout my days.I will definitely revisit my review after getting another bottle or two, which I definitely will, and then I will make any changes if needed.But so far so good and I definitely recommend these to anyone who is on the fence or questioning the validity of the claims.
