The price was great. I’ve tried 4 other matchas recently and all were so much better than this, but more expensive. I don’t think this is ceremonial grade. It’s really grainy tasting and quite bitter. I gagged when I tried it- normally I make it with almond or oat milk and maple syrup or honey. Even with all that added in, I can’t stand the taste. :( should have expected less when the price is this good.

There's a lot of matcha teas out there and most are gross, but this one is pretty good!! The taste has a nice grassy taste and not to bitter at all which is hard to find sometimes. The color isn't a bright green but just a normal green.This is pretty good on its own as matcha tea! If you like the grassy taste of matcha I'd definitely would recommend this brand and the price isn't too bad at $15. The taste is strong enough for other applications like lattes and baked goods.
