I bought this months ago, but amazon showed it in my history and I had not written a review for a product(s) I like and use daily. But as a 30 year IT person, I often have needs to find cheap PCs either for clients or myself at home.Earlier this year I was in the market for a miniPC, as I wanted to use it as a server for my home network (running linux). Its me, so I didn't want to spend a ton of money, but wanted something decent, that I could upgrade. I'm familiar with this product line, as these are business grade computers, so I've used this specific model at companies (when these were new). In short, HP G-series PCs are pretty reliable, and last longer than their home ones. So no surprise they are for sale as refurbished on here.I was comparing a Dell of similar spec to this one, but this one just won out for price point for what I was getting. I liked them so much, I bought two of them. One for the server, and one to use as spare testing Windows machine that didn't take up a ton of space (and wasn't a laptop).Full Disclosure, I added a 500GB SSD NVMe M.2 drive as the boot drive, so your results may vary in terms of speed. But I will say, it was speedy with the stock drive that came with it (see below)Here's what I liked..- First off, who it came from. I was pleasantly surprised that the Amazon Certified Reseller that this came from (as the box said) is a company I know from my IT experience for decades. While they are a business2business company, many HP (and Dell) PCs I bought over the years, came from this company. So I know they know what they are doing. However, I can't say yours will come from this place, but have hopes that others are as high calibre as this one since they would be Amazon-certified also.- This thing is small, its no bigger than a standard mouse pad.- It's very clean, it almost looked new. No dents, scratches, or dings. The inside was spotless and the CPU had been remounted with fresh paste!- Its powerful. I've done some hard video encoding and testing, and it just purrs along, and this was still with the included 500GB drive!- It's quiet, unless I'm chewing the processor up with something the fans spin up. But even then it is not as loud as my desktop workstation (an HP also!).- It's an energy sipper. I connected a power meter to it for a month, it used so little power (vs my desktop)- Processor speed is pretty speedy and windows preinstall is pretty zippy on it- This model has 16GB of ram which is plenty of ram these days for most applications- Two drive support. This can take 2 drives, a 2.5" SATA drive & a NVMe M.2 2280 drive (just add a screw!)- Plenty of USB 3.0 , 2 USB Type A (flat plug) and 1 USB-C in the front and 4 USB Type A ports in the back- 2 Displayport ports for dual monitor support and a VGA port- Onboard 10/100 ethernet & audio- This specific renewed model comes with a Windows 10 Pro license! (some do not!)- If you're security minded, this does come with TMP 1.0 and other UEFI related security tools.- Since this is an HP Business PC, spare parts and support are easy to find and locate. Everything is HP standard, well tested, and made for years of reliability.Here's what I thought was "meh"- Because its tiny, the power supply is a brick on a cord. Not a big deal and the cord from the brick to the PC is long, but the brick itself has to be put somewhere vs a straight cord.- This model does not come with WiFi or the antenna kit. The MiniPCIe slot exists though so Wifi can be added later and it's not a show stopper for me as these will be hard wired.Here's what I didn't like..None. I do not have any huge things I do not like about this product, other than my meh. I'm extremely pleased with this product!Overall, as stated above, I'm extremely pleased with this product. Add a NVMe M.2 drive as your boot drive and you will be screaming for a low low price.

I live in the country so it usually takes prime orders up to 2 weeks to get to me (no, I'm not exaggerating). This got here within 3 days! Just like the old days when prime shipping did what it advertised. Major kudos to the seller for their very quick turn-around and shipping. The system is exactly as advertised. It's in great condition even though it's used and like 6 yrs old. The bios and system were scrubbed before I got it which was also nice. It ran a bit slow after startup, but after some tweaking, like shutting off the remote bios backdoor, it's nice and crisp. Good solid system and a good buy.

This thing is real quick, set up was easy. I just hope it last a few years. Came with everything needed. The wifi is a small USB type but it works.Mouse was damaged when delivererd and looked old and used.The towere case was sprayed with a plastic spray to make it look new there was some slight overspray on the front panel but not a deal breaker.I would buy another, let's see how long it holds up. My last tower lasted about 10 years..

This was an amazing computer! Everything advertised was included, for example: the disk, memory, ethernet, and the case came in a very new quality. However, if you are looking to buy a pc, I suggest you go with TITAN ITAD. Other refurbishers I don't know much about, but the pc I bought from TITAN ITAD was top quality! Even low-quality games like roblox were playable at the maximum of 60 fps! Very good value for money.

My last three computers have been refurbished and bought from Amazon. They all worked well and served their purpose. I'm 77 years old, not computer literate and use the machines for innocuous day to day activities. The set-up on this computer was not as pictured in the ad. There was no VGA port although it was pictured. This stumped me! I spent a week going going back and forth with ECO-TECH LLC trying to communicate the OBVIOUS problem but the best they could do was to have me return it for a refund. In my weekly phone call with my son, I described the entire, ridiculous situation to him. He overnighted an adapter that solved the problem and the computer now works fine. How could a "tech" at ECO-TECH not recognize and solve the problem? My son is not a computer tech. If I live long enough I will probably keep buying "renewed" computers from Amazon because they have proven reliable and fit my price range. I will, however, be careful not to ever deal with Amazon's partner ECO-TECH again. Oh, by the way, they refunded me ten dollars for my trouble.

I really like this PC. I have a hobby that has turned into a bit of a home-based business, and I use graphics programs some. My old computer used to bog down, especially if I had multiple pieces of software open or trying to do something very resource intensive; so far this machine has performed like a champ. It was pretty much plug and play. I didn't even have to do anything for it to connect to the internet, it just did it automatically. Of course its not a top of the line gaming machine or anything, but for the money it is fantastic.

Works as expected. Purchased as a back up terminal so not a lot of performance was required. Does the job and was well packed.

Arrived without damage USPS is terrible with delivery care. Unit worked right out of the box and no issues.

la recibi el dia indicado, bien empaquetada y limpia le cambie el HD de 500gb por el de mi computadora pasada de un TB y todo adentro se encuentra limpio y en orden conecte y todos los componentes trabajando al 100-, el wifi y el bluetooh ocupan cada uno un puerto usb no vienen intregrados, memoria y discos cumplen con lo indicado, no tiene CDromenciende muy rapido y se ejecutan los programas con rapidez, este equipo trajo 2 teclados muy utilesdespues de 3 semanas de uso recomiendo este equipo y al compradores la primera vez que compro algo reacondicionado pero esto me dejo satisfechoahora voy por unos audifonos e3n la misma situacion
