Q: Do these fit inside bentgo containers?

No they don't. I bought an extra lunch bag to put the ice pack and lunch box into. The ice packs are great though!

Q: Usually thin ice packs get warm really quick. How long do these stay cold for?

When used in conjunction with the Bentgo lunchbox, these ice packs worked great. I use two and they keep my grandson's lunch nice and cool from 7:30 am to noon. Haven't tried them for an extended period of time.
