Works Great for Sennheiser IE300
I am very happy with this cable for my Sennheiser IE300. It is a huge improvement over the original cable that came with the earphones. The original cable had a loose connection that made the sound drop out every time I moved my head slightly. This cable has a tight and secure connection that keeps the sound consistent and clear. I can move my head freely without worrying about losing the sound. It is very comfortable and easy to use. This cable also fits better in my ears than the original one. It has a nice loop around the ear that stays in place and doesn't fall off. It makes wearing the earphones more enjoyable and hassle-free.The sound quality is amazing with this cable. It brings out the details and nuances of the music. The highs are crisp and bright, and the lows are deep and rich. Of course, the sound also depends on finding the right eartips for your ears, but this cable helps a lot with that. The cable itself is very well-made and durable. It has a textured and woven design that feels nice to touch and looks great. It is not too thin or fragile, so I don't have to worry about damaging it.I love this cable and I think it is worth every penny. It enhances my listening experience and makes me enjoy my music more. I highly recommend it to anyone who has the Sennheiser IE300.

Sennheiser IE 600
I've ordered three cables from Null Audio - one broke after a year of use, the other after a month. I've yet to put this through the same amount of use but it's more flexible to start, and the connection is clear without any noticeable distortion from me. It's a bit pricey, but it's comparable to the null audio price and is much quicker delivery.

Not for the EI200
Purchased for my Sennheiser ie200 and sounds like tin, it terribly affects the sound. I am not a very discerning listener, but this product on this device is unlistenable. I subsequently purchased a Tripowin which sounds perfectly fine. I wish I kept all the original packaging, probably just going to sit in a drawer now.

Slaughters ie900 stock cable, at a very reasonable price
Well, that header is intended to gets the main message across pretty quickly! This is going to be quite a long and detailed evaluation, and I don’t want you nodding off before we get to the end.I have used Sennheiser headphones and earbuds for many years. They are often superb but – the better they are– the more they tend to get let down sonically by their stock cables. This turned out to be true, big-time, with my ie900. You have to wonder why the manufacturer cripples its performance with such a relatively mediocre cable, but I’m afraid you’d have to ask them that…The core of these tests is a detailed comparison of my Sennheiser ie900 earbuds with their original cable and with the GUCraftsman 6N Single Crystal Silver. All comparisons were carried out in balanced mode. I used my Astell and Kern SR25II as reference portable player, and the more high-end Auralic Aries and Vega bit-cruncher/DAC and Sennheiser hdva 600 headphone amp for more analytical comparisons.More briefly, I also compared the earbuds with my HD800 over-ear headphones – using the same equipment chain as above. My sonic reference throughout was my dCS Rossini Player, Clock and Goldmund power amp driving Martin Logan pure electrostatics. A wholly different ball game, of course, but it does show what the music REALLY sounds like using OTT High End gear. All test music was acoustic, classical or jazz- impeccable, natural recordings in 24/192, DSD or DXD. My ears were trained in my first job as a research scientist in the BBC, followed by decades of high-end system building and live music. I also ran in the new cable for 200 hours using XLO and Tellurium burn-in tracks.Enough of this preamble, and on to the sound. After a little mechanical preamble. The cable appears well put together, to tight tolerances. It is less microphonic than the stock lead, and – thankfully – loses the original cable’s unerring predisposition to tying itself in to horrible, tangled messes. It also connects to the ie900 without fuss (this concerned me initially, as its contacts are slightly different in geometry from the ie600 and 300)And the cable sounds great. I expected sonic differences, but really did not expect them to be so clear-cut. Treble is clear and purer, with less grain and extension and more air. Mid-range is more neutral and transparent, whilst bass is cleaner and less muddy. All in all, the new cable is more musically communicative and transparent, with noticeably better resolution, focus, dimensionality and air. It is also far better at moving the music out of your head. So, all wins, at a price considerable cheaper than most 6N silver alternatives. That’s got to make it a strong recommendation.OK, you want to know about the comparisons with the HD 800? That’s better all-round, as you might expect, though some aspects of the comparisons suggest that an upgraded cable might be appropriate for these big boys, too.And the speaker-based ultimate reference is in a different league, of course. You get what you pay for. There is no escaping THAT one…Although I would not recommend moving it around, let alone sticking it in your ears!
